## What is Dealer Inspire Conversations?

The premier automotive chat service is now on iOS! Give your Conversations teams access to your dealership’s searchable real-time inventory, custom incentives, videos, brochures, and payment calculator–all from their iOS device. 

Your inventory feed is right in the glove compartment; search by anything: model, year, color, fuel type, price range. Then, just tap to send it to the customer. When it's time to talk numbers there's no need to break out a separate calculator. In just a few taps, your customer can see their payment details. The same applies to brochures and your dealership's YouTube videos; everything is searchable and shared with just a few taps.

We’ve honed our intuitive design for the web and have crafted an even better experience for your salespeople on iOS; knowing that minimizing the effort and time it takes for them to answer customer questions leads to happier customers. Each of your agents are organized into teams, so that customer conversations can immediately be routed right to the team with all the answers.

Our internal messaging finally removes the need for your salespeople to use text messages to communicate with each other. Agents can look to see who is online, and message with them directly, or Shout out a group notification to a team.

Love talking to customers when they have questions after or before business hours, and during of course to answer the questions, but the bot tends to be a little rude.

App does not audibly alert you when there is a chat waiting. You need to be in the app to see that there is a new alert. Garbage.
