It’s much easier to use, more organized, and everything is in one place. I work with it every day, and the features really make our job easier — especially managing deals, tracking customers, and keeping inventory organized. It saves us a lot of time and helps us stay on top of everything. You can tell the system was built with dealers in mind. What really makes the experience even better is the support. My rep, Cassidy Schmidt, has been extremely helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. Anytime I’ve had questions or needed assistance, she’s been quick to guide me through the process and make sure everything runs properly. I can swear by the system and I am a complete loyal friend now and a loyal customer. I had a training session with him today and he was Fabulous. He was able to explain many of the functions of the CRM that I had questions about step by step. It was a hands on experience in the CRM. DealerCenter makes it convenient to be able to operate your dealership all in one platform that is user friendly. Our Account Executive Eridani Gomez is very knowledgeable & makes the initial set up process simple. DealerCenter customer service is great! The account management team provides onboard training as well as promptly taking care of any issues that may arise.
