First was told by support it was my device only having issue. Then went home and used wife’s device and had same result. Been over a month and still no progress and most likely no plans to. Looking at other review seems to be the case. Do you know which version of the mobile app you used prior to the 3.8.0 version? Had you recently logged in with that version? More often than not recently it will not allow me to upload photos at all. ### 1/5 — Won't open *2015-09-30, version 3.1.0* They updated the app and now it won't open.
