remember credential never works have to type user name and place of work every time but who cares dealer pilot hasn’t had an update for ever not like you guys care about the app being usable

I only use the app because I have to but it recently stopped working altogether.  I can’t even log in and out for work at this point. If I could do zero stars, I would!!! That app is beyond frustrating and useless.

Most infuriating app i have ever used

You'd think after responding to the comments they'd actually put in work to fix bugs or have an actual stable app even if its just for punching in and out

Considering how much it costs companies to use…. Makes me want to make a switch.

This is the worst app I ever used keeps on locking up have to delete app and reload it and it doesn’t update when I complete the information that the dealer has sent me

The app hasn’t worked for months. They shouldn’t even offer an app because it’s never been easy to use even when it dose open.

This app has to be the glitchiest crap I have ever used it almost always freezes and never remember my creds and now it simply wont launch past loading screen.

You’d think there would be an effort to make an app that people rely on every day to make a living actually work. Unfortunately no matter how many poor reviews are left on this app they refuse to fix any of the bugs. If you can make it past the white screen and log in you’ve just witnessed a miracle.  Congrats!! Now try and use any of the services the app provides... tap on your training courses for example and prepare to watch a spinning wheel until the end of time (YAY). Now you have to go into work and convince your boss that you aren’t lazy and stupid and tell them that you can’t start work in your new position because you haven’t finished the required safety courses (FUN!). DON’T USE THIS COMPANY’S POOR QUALITY PRODUCT!!

Works 25% of the time. 
Seriously when is the log in going to actual save 😒 White screen always shows up. It’s a pain esp since we HAVE to use it at work 😒😒 always punching it late until the ap decides to work
