The all new DealerPreviews app was created for automotive dealerships and their employees providing a simple and convenient way to manage their online reputation, to engage with consumers, and to promote interaction and commerce with both the dealership and its employees. ENGAGEMENT
View details of consumer engagement with the DealerPreviews web platform.  Consumers can connect with dealership employees via phone or email, and can share employee profile pages and can also refer-a-friend.  Employees can respond to consumers directly from the app.

EMPLOYEE PROFILE
Dealership employees can edit their profile from within the app, view personal performance, view dealership leaderboards, view customer survey activity, as well as view all reviews written about them.
