## What is DealForge?

Real B2B sales, as a thrilling strategy game.

DealForge turns complex B2B selling into a card game of mastery. Every card is a real selling skill — Depth, Risk, Value, Authority — and every boss is a recurring failure pattern that stalls real deals. Play your hand against the objections guarding each stage of the deal, get scored card by card, and carry the wins back into real pipeline.

HOW IT WORKS
• Build your hand — browse your deck and pick the cards that fit the deal in
  front of you.
• Fight the boss — each of the six deal stages hides a boss made of real B2B
objections. Play your hand to clear their hold.
• Read or listen to the summary — every round scores your play card by card: what landed,
what missed, and the verdict a real buyer would give you.
• Climb the leaderboard — score by stage execution, compete with your team,
and track your lift over time.

A quest takes about 15 minutes — practice a stage before a call or between meetings.

DECKS
• Core B2B Sales — 32 cards, 12 quests
• Software & Tech — 35 cards, 10 quests
• Consumer Commerce — 32 cards, 8 quests
More decks are on the way.

TRAIN HANDS-FREE
Audio briefings for every stage and full narrated card readings — hook, say-it, play-when, and coaching follow-through — so you can train on the go.

BUILT FOR
New SDRs, AEs, founders doing their own selling, students, and full revenue teams. The core experience is solo-first; Team plans add multiplayer sessions for up to 8 players, shared leaderboards, and rankings.

FREE TO TRY

### 5/5 — Best sales training game

*2026-08-06*

This game is such a fun way to sharpen my b2b sales knowledge, and even taught me some valuable new tools. Love the fantasy theme and detailed artwork - it makes each round a fun discovery.

### 5/5 — Fun way to train our sales cycles

*2026-08-05*

Deal Forge turns sales training into something I actually want to participate in. The game is engaging, competitive, and does a great job of reinforcing real-world sales skills without feeling like another training session. It sparked thoughtful conversations across our team and gave everyone a fun, low-pressure way to practice navigating deals. I’d highly recommend it to any sales or enablement leader looking to make training more interactive and memorable.

### 5/5 — A fun way for me to level up my sales skills

*2026-07-13*

Sometimes learning to grow my selling skills takes a tough lesson from trial and error with a customer. This saves me the trouble and lets me practice before the call so I am ready to handle a tough question or objection. I really like the fantasy style and voice narration that makes it more interesting and fun than just drilling flash cards. I will def share with my team to see if they want to practice a deal together! I’d love for my company to get their own custom white label deck

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.2.1 — 2026-09-26

Polish from the 1.2 conversation release: the card window now centres Play this card and sits clear of your hand, Continue is easier to reach when a stage wraps up, and the plans screen spells out what a plan adds: coaching for every objection.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-19

Every stage now plays as a conversation.

• The buyer opens with their objection. You answer by playing a card, and they reply — three exchanges a stage, every line written for the deck you're playing.
• Ask the wrong question at the wrong moment and the buyer brushes it off, the way they would on a real call. The coaching comes after, on the stage summary.
• Your hand runs edge to edge — swipe through it. Tap a card to read it full size, then swipe to the next one without closing it.

The guided tour is easier to follow.

• It opens on a live call and walks you through the real game screen.
• Coach marks no longer darken the screen or cover the board.

Also: cleaner spacing around the notch, and no more scroll bars flashing over the game.

### 1.1.8 — 2026-09-08

Onboarding now leads with what the game does, not what it costs.

• Signup opens on a short value screen — what you'll walk away able to do — instead of a bare splash.
• Finishing the guided deal or the free demo shows what a plan opens first, and prices second. Both paths now end the same way.
• The guided deal's paid step waits until you've cleared your first stage, so you finish the deal before anything is offered.
• The guided deal is coached on a deck you own.

Plans are easier to compare.

• The paywall offers a single deck, All Access, and Team together, so the single-deck price is visible at every gate — not only the ones that name a deck.
• The deck tile carries a picker, and decks you already own are left out of it.

Also: a clearer status bar on the welcome screen.

### 1.1.4 — 2026-08-28

Redesigned to feel native on iPhone — a cleaner navigation bar, a simpler hub, and a single clear action on the deal board. Stage summaries now lead with the card that actually clears the stage. Battle text is easier to read.

### 1.1.3 — 2026-08-21

Sign up for the sales training specific to the industry you care about.

B2B Sales, Tech Sales, and Retail & CPG Sales are now available individually priced, so you can train the one motion you sell with. All Access still unlocks all three.

Also in this release: a clearer pricing screen and a few fixes.
