It’s better for customers knowing when a SALE starts and END! Felt much more secure on the old system. Change is good BUT only if it’s better. Also can’t see when sales start and the search option is terrible. Have noticed some items are doubled up and in some cases tripped in where they are being sold.... not cool and is a time waster. The search doesn't work, giving wrong results. I can no longer see when a sale started and when it will end, so I already missed out on something I wanted. Happy with the tracking of my goods as well. The only thing I would like to be more flexible would be the postage costs. I have placed 3 orders in the last 24/48 hours & paying 3 lots of postage. I know I could have condensed the order into one, but didn't find the other items when placing orders. But overall am happy with your site & order process. It's not just a matter of getting used to it, it's the fact that so many things are missing. Still deciding if I like the change to more of a 'catch of the day' style app rather that an online shop. However please fix the issue with the shopping cart forgetting things. If you get side tracked after placing items in the cart, come back, they are gone! If you have a problem you can only contact them through the app. They lie about where your item is. They only employ Indians so finding someone to understand English is near impossible. They sell fake products when you pay for brand named merchandise. Use your own brains mate. ### 1/5 — The order that never arrived *2015-07-14, version 1.06* I had dealt with deals direct a few times but then I ordered 2 different packs of 2 pillows. That was the 25th of may, I promptly received my email invoice, but it's now the 14th of July and I've just hung up from my 5th phone conversation and decided to just get a full refund. As apparently they were out of stock, they didn't call me or message me to say hi we're sorry they just left it. But each time I was assured that my order was just around the corner. I won't use these guys again as the order hasn't even left their warehouse and I wanted pillows in May. Fool me Once shame on you, fool Me twice shame on me, fool me after 4 phone calls holy hell in done. You cannot beat their prices. I’ve bought Prada and Burberry well under the rrp. It is extremely Consumer friendly.
