DealShare sent me a wrong item, and when I complained about it, they blocked my account instead of helping. This is unacceptable behavior. I raised request for return (2 days return policy applicable). They denied to return the product. Reason they mention is : as per policy if any concern related to quality product will not return.. I feel cheated, because if I (as an customer) not satisfied with product why it can’t be returned.
