However the key aspect being the search function does not seem to work very well. You can click ‘cash only’ and return 40 listings and then when you remove it to show ‘all’ you’ll only receive 10 listings? Also, there is no way to specify freehold. But you don’t even get to see the app until you’ve added your credit card details and signed up to it. If you don’t cancel you’ll start getting billed. Wow!!! Come on guys. You could have done better. Should let people see the app working before getting credit card details. Well done on getting Sam Leeds to give it full beans!!! Great app ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Constant problem *2025-08-17, version 17.8.1* This app has been recommended by a friend, signed on a free trial and forgot to cancel and ended up having a subscription for a year. Shows me deals in Northampton when looking for deals in London and Hertfordshire. Reported several times and sent emails, the customer service never responds. ### 1/5 — No App should make you enter Card Details *2021-05-27, version 16.6* No App should make you enter card details before you use it. You can ask for £10 for a 7 day trial. But to make you enter you card details for a potential change of over £300 is bad business practice. Espcially when you don’t even know how the App functions, what value it provides to its user, look and feel, functionality etc. Plus I don’t trust any product endorsed and partly owned by Samuel Leeds :( ### 1/5 — They charged me £375! After cancelling a trial. Look on trust pilot, it happens a lot. AVOID *2021-01-11, version 16.5* This company (which are hard to contact as their contact information is either wrong or doesn’t get responded to) has charged me £375 after I cancelled a free trial. Disgusting company ### 1/5 — Scam *2020-07-18, version 16.0* They charge you before your trail is up and never respond emails. Avoid, currently in the process of getting the bank to issue a charge back ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2020-06-14, version 16.0* This is a truly useless app. Everyone who has any property experience knows that proper below market value deals are not advertised on apps or Rightmove but going direct to vendors or having close relationships with agents. Anything in which Samuel Leeds is involved is simply not worth the time. The guy is a scam artist and he is completely finished. Everyone has now cottoned on to his nasty tricks. ### 1/5 — Pretty Useless *2020-06-13, version 16.0* Don’t know why I bothered downloading this trash app... very clunky and non-user friendly. Better to stick with rightmove. ### 1/5 — Not good guys *2020-06-13, version 16.0* So firstly you download this app, then it prompts you to put in card details. I won’t do that. I had a quick scan of an area I know well in Liverpool and it said a property is on the market for £80,000 and 25% BMV. That house is worth £75,000 at best. I will stick with the good old fashioned free Rightmove I think. ### 1/5 — Good try , but not worth it *2020-06-10, version 16.0* The app simply Jst adds very basic calculations to already existing properties. At most it saves your a few seconds, if you know what you’re doing , on each property . Not worth the money at all.
