This app makes initial property screening a breeze. Simple to use and highly effective. It’s great for a quick rough cut to see if a property valuation is accurate or worth pursuing. While multi-unit deals require deeper analytics, this app is an excellent, user-friendly starting point.

Simple to use and you can clearly see if a property valuation is off or if it’s worth pursuing as a rough cut. Certainly other analytics come into play for multi units. This is really good and easy to use. Thank you
