### 3/5 — Not great

*2026-09-02, version 34.6*

Questions are poorly constructed and answers don’t make sense of quite a few of these. Ill be looking for a different route to study.

### 4/5 — Works as Long as you Use it Daily!Definitely Get the subscription if you’re serious!

*2026-08-17, version 34.6*

Great tool to obtain more information sufficiently on the go!

### 3/5 — Dearborn Real Estate

*2025-03-27, version 25.0*

I like this app a lot but this app will be awesome if the app can have night mode! Please add this feature!

### 2/5 — Are they outta their minds🤯

*2025-01-11, version 23.2*

$34.95 a month is crazy! They want you to pay that much for an app I can’t believe it 🤨🤬

### 5/5 — Looking forward to testing

*2024-08-06, version 19.0.403*

Im having a good time getting adjusted to how questions may be asked on the test. Thank you all for this organized app

### 5/5 — Great App to study Real Estate

*2024-07-09, version 14.1*

This app is amazing.
It has a bunch of different questions and it gives you the explanation to understand in case you do not know the answer.
I reached out the team for a question I had and they responded almost immediately and helped figure it out. 100% recommend.

### 4/5 — Audio

*2024-07-08, version 14.1*

This app would be a five star if it had audio. Some people learn differently and having the option of hearing the content be read to you would be beneficial to some.

### 5/5 — Awesome app!

*2024-01-26, version 10.5*

If you use this app there is no way you can fail.

### 5/5 — Plain and simple studying

*2024-01-22, version 10.5*

Great app I will be recommending this to my friends

### 3/5 — It didn’t prepare me near enough

*2023-12-30, version 10.5*

The 3 stars are because I enjoyed using the app and some of the study material was helpful. I used it every way possible. I took all the quizzes in all the categories, created custom quizzes, and went back over and studied the things I wasn’t getting right until I was getting 100% on everything. Then I went to take my test and thought, “Where is all the material I studied?” I don’t have test anxiety, and I have strong reading comprehension and writing skills. I just barely passed the exam. I’m reading reviews by people who are thrilled to have gotten an 85%. Everyone knows real estate exams are extremely difficult, but why can’t a study tool be designed to match that standard; and for those of us who study it the hardest be better rewarded for our efforts? Is it satisfactory to have a country full of realtors who only know 75 to 85% of the agreed-upon standard? I’ve been thinking about writing this review since I tested in June. I’m left with this thought: If it’s not uncommon for people to have to take the test multiple times (more $$$ to the real estate commission) which requires more learning or keeping a subscription another month (more $$$ to the education businesses…) could the system be designed for more money to be made before the mark is finally hit?

### 5/5 — Its okay

*2023-12-13, version 10.5*

It’s very helpful the only downside it say 500+ questions but it repeats questions very often.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Black Screen When Opening It

*2026-09-02, version 34.6*

I paid the subscription and it’s just a black screen once opened.

Deleted then reinstalled and it’s not showing my upgraded subscription

Deleted then reinstalled again and it’s a black screen again

### 1/5 — Too much

*2025-11-21, version 31.7*

The questions have long scenarios to read for 1 questions. It should just be questions and answers. Then the explanation can be as long as you would like

### 1/5 — to expensive

*2025-06-15, version 27.2*

to expensive

### 1/5 — Study section is not working

*2025-02-04, version 23.2*

My app crushes once I select study on app, I’m unable to study for definition, etc. I really want my money back

### 1/5 — Wont let me subscribe

*2024-07-30, version 19.0.403*

Looks great but none of the subscription prompts in the app allow me to subscribe

### 1/5 — Thieves!!!!

*2024-05-19, version 14.1*

DO NOT DO THE 3 DAY TRIAL!!!! They’ll charge you as soon as you sign up for it and won’t give you a refund. -10/10. Do not recommend!!!

### 1/5 — Dearborn

*2024-01-19, version 10.5*

Terrible app absurd price abs hard to cancel

### 1/5 — Can’t give zero rating

*2024-01-12, version 10.5*

Stars removed for every nag screen on the app i already spent $50 on.

### 1/5 — Was charged to no refund

*2023-11-29, version 8.106.10944*

I clicked to cancel the trial, but somehow I was anyways charged, and the monthly subscription is $54, which is a lot. And now I’m trying to talk to anyone there, in support center I called I was told to talk with Apple about it. Apple has nothing to do with it…

### 1/5 — Annoying pop up’s

*2023-11-05, version 8.106.10944*

Multiple times during a single study session I was bombarded with requests to review the app and questions in the actual study session hidden as study questions asking me about my use of the app. I get asking for reviews, but how about when you first open the app and not when you’re trying to study.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Glad I found you!

*2026-08-15, version 34.6*

I found the little postcard from their book advertising the free trial access and I’m so glad I downloaded it because this is way more helpful and better for me than reading a book because it’s specific and accurate information directly related to the national test I’m taking it a second time today actually. So practicing the questions here having similar verbiage is super helpful because it’s worded very tricky and you have to read it carefully.

### 5/5 — Study guide

*2026-02-12, version 31.10.1*

Just started my real estate classes, so far I am loving this app. I love that you can go through the units so as we complete them in class I can take quizzes on specific units we have done. It’s been great for studying, hopefully it pays off and helps me pass the exam!

### 5/5 — Questions

*2025-11-10, version 31.5*

I noticed that my quiz questions were mostly about Real Estate Practice — topics like fixtures, deeds, contracts, and ownership — but I didn’t see any questions related to Appraisal, Law, or Finance.
Maybe I’m mistaken, but could you please confirm if this quiz is only for Real Estate Practice?

### 5/5 — Learning

*2025-10-04, version 30.2*

I’m still learnt this app. I don’t know all the features. So far I love it

### 5/5 — Great app BUT

*2025-06-04, version 27.2*

It cost to much so I do the daily questions you get for free

### 5/5 — Excellent App to Prepare for Exams

*2025-05-28, version 27.2*

The App is great to study for the Real Estate Exam. Easy to use and covers most of the material in the exam. I give it a 5/5.

### 5/5 — Flash cards

*2025-02-21, version 24.0*

Awesome

### 5/5 — App easy to use

*2024-10-29, version 21.0*

App very easy to use. Like the additional info provided along with the answers. I nice way to review.

### 5/5 — Type stuff

*2024-09-20, version 19.2*

It helps a lot with memory
Should include more questions similiar to the questions you will encounter on a test

### 5/5 — What happened to question comments?

*2024-08-20, version 19.2*

This is a Great study tool. There used to be a comments section below each question. What happened to that?
