来訪者の映像確認や通話、警報受信、電気錠解錠など、便利な機能を搭載。来訪者から呼出を受けた際には、気になる場所の映像をズームして確認することができます。
寝室、キッチン、トイレ、ベランダ等、住戸内の無線LANエリア内はもちろん、４G回線などでも利用でき、外出中でも来客応対ができます。
来客録画・録音を外出先でも確認できます。（有料機能）

【ご利用にあたって】
・集合住宅システムdearis専用アプリです。住戸内に設置されているインターホンの品番（VMK-RMVU/VM-RMVU/VMK-RMVU-BE/VM-RMVU-BE/VMK-RMVY/VM-RMVY/VMK-RMVY-BE/VM-RMVY-BE/VMK-RMVT/VM-RMVT）をご確認ください。
・連携するシステムによって一部機能やサービスの内容が異なります。
・住戸内の無線LANエリア内に接続されている場合と、外出先の４G回線などで接続されている場合のどちらでも利用可能です。
・本アプリをご使用の場合、住戸毎に無線LANルーター（市販品）の設置とインターネット接続が必要となります。インターネット通信料は、ご使用者様のご負担となります。

・月額費用はiTunesアカウントに請求されます。
・本機能の解約は本アプリ内ではできません。iTunesアカウント上から解約してください。
