The error message states: “temporarily unable to play ads.” So all the loot that is owed to you (by watching ads), you can only get about 1/2 of it before the error message shows up. I have only been able to double my finished level rewards a handful of times, & game states after each level you can double your rewards by watching an ad. And you really need that extra loot because you can only start/play a level (or any area of the game like a firearms trial) around 10 times until your “strength” is depleted - & waiting for more strength can take anywhere from 2 min to 15 min. So you keep having to stop & wait to play & earn loot; this makes it really hard to upgrade anything.
