## What is Deathbed?

Someday, all too soon, you will be very old. And then you will die.

Deathbed is a weekly practice that helps you confront your mortality — not to dwell on death, but to live more fully now.
Each week, you'll return to reflect on what matters most: who you love, what you've been putting off, what you're afraid of losing, and whether you kept your commitment from the week before.

The deathbed is not inevitable. The first generation to not die of old age might already be alive. Whether it includes you depends on what we do now.
So live as if you're dying — because you still are. And work like that could change — because it could.
