That wonderful capability has now been lost and replaced by a £100 or more spend! So now unless I check into my account I don’t know where I am! Also if anything was to go “wrong” I wouldn’t be aware of the fact until I checked my account again! A lot of damage could be done spending less than the £100 text activator! A very backward step in my opinion! 😡 😤 No access to “real time” CARD BALANCE or AVAILABLE SPEND information within Apple Wallet either. Every time the app is updated it keeps logging you out and then won’t accept the login details again. It won’t recognise any account information. It’s totally and utterly useless. I’ll be closing the account forthwith. Good riddance to it ### 2/5 — Re account *2025-05-18* I have been trying to to log in my account for 2yrs I have phoned many many times I do not have my old Debenhams store card user name but as soon as I put credit card number/account number in always say incorrect details. I would like to track my account without having to phone every time as if I am in Australia it costs over £8 per call. App no longer logs in.
