So many features and that’s not even Premium (considering it, though). Listen, has anyone else mentioned that October 2026 does not show up in the payoff plan, payment section, or anywhere? I reloaded and it deleted again the next day. New format is impossible to read and dates and balances from previous version weren’t in line with the new version. Different payoff dates all of a sudden. The previous version was so easy and simple to use. All of a sudden I go into enter something for this month. EVERYTHING IS GONE. I am so disappointed and angry because I’m not able to recover my information. I do not want to start over. Your recovery button gives an error message and your emails keep bouncing back. ### 2/5 — Everything Gone (Update 3/4/26) *2026-03-04* Once again, everything is gone. Every time you guys do an update all of your data is gone. Even if this is better you have to completely start over. The backup function? You can’t even find it now, It’s not even there. Do not use this app unless you have an excellent backup plan. How about a heads up when you are going to delete all of our data and do away with the backup function that you put in place. Secure??? I wouldn’t trust that. I have used this for years but I wouldn’t trust putting any sensitive information in it. Find my data and I will find your Stars…. UPDATE: I can see that there is now a backup function, but it doesn’t appear to work. When I click the button I get the following message “Failed to prepare database query”. I think there is a fundamental flaw in how updates are processed. I had re entered as much data as I could and once again it was gone after the latest update. At this point I should delete this but I can’t imagine this can’t be fixed. **Developer response:** We sincerely apologize for the data loss during the update. Latest version 6.2.3 contains the fix for this issue . UPDATE: They responded to my review with an apology and repeated the same fix that doesn’t work. Used to able to add transactions, see previous transactions, and see previous payments. Now unable to use as previously used. Paid off the original debt, and now I use it any time I take on something new — a car, a small loan — just to keep a payoff plan in front of me. It's been updated steadily over the years but never lost what made it work: simple, private.Rare to find a developer who sticks with an app this long and keeps it honest. Bugs being worked out with the new interface! *2026-03-09* I’ve been using this app for several years now and it’s amazing. The interface is changed and the developers are in the process of fixing some bugs. Initially I came on here and gave a bad review because I was unhappy with the changes. But I decided to email them and give feedback. The developers were very quick to respond, have already fixed several things I complained about, and they are in the process of fixing a few bugs. I appreciated their helpfulness, not many app developers respond to me when I complain haha. So if you were a user and became unhappy, they are working on the changes and you can email them for questions and feedback!!! ### 5/5 — Lost all my saved info *2026-03-08* I have used this app for many years and loved it. The calculators helped me plan and be strategic in paying off loans and save money. The app was updated without any warning and the new format deleted all of my saved calculators and important information. The new format does not appear to be as user friendly and I’m being advised there is no way to recover the lost information I had previously saved in the saved calculators. I guess all good things eventually come to an end and that seems to be the case with this app unfortunately. I regret not saving the information I was using in another format but this has taught me a very valuable lesson. I just wish that the developer(s), would have given some advance warning that information would be lost forever with this update so we could have prepared and saved/preserved the valuable information before losing it forever. I ranked the original app a 5 but the new design and loss of saved information is making me look for another app moving forward.
