### 3/5 — Using it

*2025-12-31*

I would like to see that you can make an additional payment other than on the payment due date

### 3/5 — Wish I could add ALL debts

*2025-07-10*

Wish you could add debt without putting in a payment schedule. I’d like to be able to add ALL debt, not just the ones I’m actively paying off. Otherwise, it does exactly what I’m looking for!

### 3/5 — Good but could do with some improvements

*2025-05-17*

I like that the app has a simple interface - I don’t need a lot of features. It’s definitely missing some things - there should be an option to add in monthly fees rather than just interest, and it would be good if there was a graph/pie chart view so you can compare your debts visually, not just in a list. The choice of payment strategies is a good idea but you have to pay $10 to apply it and it doesn’t seem to actually do anything other than recalculate the timeline to pay off your debts - it doesn’t actually show you how to adjust your repayments in order to make the new timeline.

### 3/5 — Price increased

*2025-04-14, version 2.0.0*

I thoroughly enjoy the app. However, I recently had to re-purchase it for $6.99, which I find unfair. I first bought it in October 2020 for $2.99. Considering this, I’ll give it 3 stars.

### 1/5 — Very Basic

*2024-12-08*

Despite paying the £6.99 the app tells me to carry on making minimum payments with massive balloon payments near the end (regardless of which payment strategy is selected)
I want my money back!

### 4/5 — Nice!!!

*2024-11-24*

The only thing that is missing is a way to incorporate pay days in relation to due date of the debt. But solid work easy UI

### 1/5 — This app does nothing

*2024-11-07, version 2.0.0*

I added my card information and then I look at it lol. I mean I can do that already with a statement. Unless you want to pay and get yourself in more debt using the for added features that’s all u can do for free.

### 2/5 — Don’t pay for this

*2024-11-03, version 2.0.0*

This odd an okay app to track your debt
But not worth paying the extra
You only pay for it to tell you how long it will take using the different methods

It does not give you a strategy
It doesn’t give you a plan
It only calculates how long it with take for each strategy

### 1/5 — This app does nothing!

*2024-10-14, version 2.0.0*

I want my 6.99 back. App does NOTHING. “Strategies” do not give alternate payment amounts to show how to May down debt faster. Tried this with student loans and I would have been better off making my own excel sheet 🫠💀

### 4/5 — Is too small on iPad

*2024-08-30*

Can’t use this even though it is perfect. Way too small on my iPad

### 1/5 — cant restore purchase

*2024-06-25*

I want a option to add say retirement products. where if i feel i should have had say certain ₹ corpus and i dont have i want to think of it as loan and repay. and want option to add to this ampunt

### 1/5 — Promising but faulty

*2024-06-14*

I enjoyed the look and feel of the app and could see the payment strategies being useful to recalculate my monthly credit card payments to see how much time and interest I could save paying of my credit cards. Not sure if it’s a bug or just really poor app development but selecting a payment strategy doesn’t do anything other than change the order of the cards and show less time and interest for the debts added. The monthly payment amount stays the same and if I edit the card details and press save without changing anything, the original repayment times and total interest are restored. Not happy with the functionality having paid for the extra service. If it’s just a bug please rectify it and I will update my review. Thanks

### 1/5 — Balance Inaccurate

*2024-04-18, version 2.0.0*

The app shows promise, but there are some inaccuracies in the balance calculations when adding payments.

### 1/5 — Function Issue

*2024-04-06*

It asks you to enter an amount and repayment amount, I enter amount$35 , repayment $200. It then states put an amount less than what’s due, I put less but it stated the same issue again. I then put $0 to see if it’s a malfunction.. it then tells me to put an amount less than what’s due..soooo…should I put $-0 ? 🙄definitely seems like a malfunction on the app.

### 1/5 — Do not pay for the payment strategies

*2024-03-21*

Do not pay for the payment strategies, I did and nothing happened, it is a scam. I’ve reached out many times to customer support for refund and I’ve received no responses.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Disappointing

*2026-02-14*

Wish I had read Coyas review before I spent the money. It tells you strategies for paying off debt but no place to put in your income. Just gives these freeball numbers that are higher than my income. I was looking for a strategy for MY BUDGET. Not for the money that grows on trees. Still haven’t found that seed yet.

### 1/5 — Not helpful

*2025-07-12*

Save yourself the money and look up on Google what the avalanche and snowball method are. All it does it tell you. I was expecting that in addition to organizing my debts, that it would roll a payment into the next once something was paid off, and it definitely did not.

Classic bait and switch.

### 1/5 — Almost great

*2025-06-15, version 2.0.0*

Why is there a requirement of $949 for repayment amount? What if I want to pay $100/mo

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2025-06-01, version 2.0.0*

Save your money and buy a notepad and a pencil. Those are just as effective as this scamware.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2025-02-15, version 2.0.0*

This app is useless. Save your $7!

### 1/5 — Waste of time

*2025-02-05, version 2.0.0*

What a waste of my time.

### 1/5 — Buyer Beware

*2025-02-04*

Simply put, this is not a great app. It’s buggy and it does not provide a great user experience for what it claims to be. It’s not a great app if you are looking to organize a creative a payment strategy for your debts.

I attempted to get a refund after buying the full version of the app thinking it would make the experience better. They denied me a refund.

### 1/5 — Couldn’t even use it.

*2025-01-25*

Just as I was entering my last account the app crashed and now every time I try to use it all I get is a prompt to email support. Can’t do anything, just constant prompts. Three emails later still no response. So glad I didn’t pay for it. I already found a different app, but I’d think twice about spending money on this one.

### 1/5 — Don’t bother!

*2025-01-11*

This app is terrible, don’t waste your money as it don’t explain very much. I’ve emailed the owners and has not replied. There is much better apps out there

### 1/5 — Misleading

*2025-01-04, version 2.0.0*

This app is very misleading. I purchased it thinking it would give options to plan your debt snowball but all it does is organize your debt from smallest to largest. A piece of paper can do that. I will be inquiring about a refund even if it is only $6.99

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Good for me

*2025-08-14*

Maybe not for everyone but I personally appreciate the simplicity of this app. I just need to see all my debts in one place and monitor/track my progress. THAT’s IT!!! None of the extra nonsense. No extra tabs. No random features I don’t need. No ads. No begging me to upgrade to premium. Etc.

### 5/5 — Debt repayments made easy!

*2023-04-23*

Debt Snowball is the app I needed to finally make sense of my debt repayments. It's very user-friendly, allowing me to list all my debts and pay then focus on paying off the smallest ones first. While keeping up with minimum payments on other debts, I started to see real progress. The best part is when I finish paying one debt, that payment gets added to the next one, creating a snowball effect. It may not be the most money-saving method, but the motivation it gives me is invaluable. Debt Snowball helped me gain control of my finances and feel more confident about becoming debt-free.

### 5/5 — 用后感

*2023-04-23*

挺不错的，很喜欢

### 5/5 — Great support

*2020-03-31*

The dev is super responsive and appreciates feedback. The app is nicely designed and simple to use.

Will look forward to chipping away at my debt using this.

### 5/5 — Needed

*2020-01-06*

Would like to be able to edit a payment amount in case extra payments are made.

### 5/5 — Exactly what I needed

*2019-09-09*

Great simple app that exactly what I need to help pay off my debts using the snowball strategy 👌

**Developer response:** Thanks 🙏

### 4/5 — It’s decent, but limited

*2026-05-22*

I use the app knowing it is in no way an accurate pay-off calculation. The reason why is there is not a way to differentiate between the types of debt. Interest on a credit card accumulates differently than it does on an auto or personal loan. I mainly use it to see how much I am applying to the next debt for pay-off. I do wish it let you select the type for each debt instead of a generic entry.

### 4/5 — Fonctionnalité à ajouter

*2025-12-17*

### 4/5 — Almost perfect

*2025-09-25*

This app would be perfect if you could easily add (+) an extra payment from within a debt-view page. Currently it appears I can only track scheduled payments. Workaround is to edit the toal owed amt

### 4/5 — Please add monthly fee option!!!!

*2025-01-10*

I love this app- it is the best and easiest debt tracker app I have found BUT please add an option for a monthly fee to be added rather than interest. With so many interest free options these days many off my debts include a $10 monthly fee and there is no way for this to be automatically calculated which means my amounts are wrong and need to be adjusted manually every month.
