Joined under 41 month repayment plan. Then without notification it is now up to 54 months. You really don’t save anything. Better to use other sources to pay down debt

App constantly gets stuck in chat mode. Garbage.

WHEN it loads, it’s fantastic to see your accounts….. but that’s WHEN it loads. It tells me often I’m on a slow network when I’m on Wi-Fi at home or my data in the city and it doesn’t matter where I am, I’m “on a slow network” when I know that’s not the case.
