### 3/5 — 更新了一堆bug

*2025-02-18*

报告打开就卡死~总利息和总还款永远200

### 2/5 — Not Enough Information

*2024-06-20, version 6.0*

There needs to be a loan ending date added, not all lenders use conventional methods in our current economy.

### 3/5 — Removed decimal point

*2024-05-06, version 5.1.1*

Used to love this app but an update over a year ago removed the decimal so the amounts are inaccurate. Emailed the help desk with no response.
Also, why is there still no option for biweekly??

### 2/5 — Decimals went away

*2024-01-12, version 5.1.1*

Bring back the decimals for the interest rates !

### 3/5 — Interest Rate Bug

*2023-10-19, version 5.1*

Cannot enter an interest rate decimal like 4.75 it only accepts 4%. iPhone 14 on iOS 17.

### 4/5 — Nice app

*2022-07-31, version 5.0*

The layout is nice, easy to understand, customizable.

### 4/5 — I like it

*2021-11-01, version 5.0*

For what I needed done I like it. I was down to 2 debts my my mortgage and a car payment. I was paying twice a month, so had it notify me a reminder. Well, I paid it off early, but still getting notifications to pay. I then deleted that payment off my account. I am still getting notifications. I’ve tried everything to get it to stop. It looks like I will have to delete app and restart, which is a pain.

### 3/5 — It’s Ok

*2020-06-01, version 4.0*

Needs biweekly budgeting and needs all cost up front. Like just take the $1.39 and let me use full app.

### 2/5 — App crashes every time you update details

*2020-05-28*

The app keeps on crashing with every one detail updated

### 3/5 — STOP TRANSFERRING MONEY TO DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS

*2019-02-18, version 3.3.1*

Whenever I try to set up a schedule it transfers payments from a different debt I have without my approval. I should be allowed to set up a schedule without it doing this. And I cannot alter it to being lower than the amount it is.

You need to fix this because the point of this app should be for me to come up with my pay plan so I can see everything. Instead of assuming that I’m going to be putting money towards that debt instead of a different one.

### 4/5 — I like it.

*2018-11-28, version 3.3.1*

I understand some of the criticism. There are issues with putting in the amount you actually paid, and I would not use this app for variable monthly bills- just consistent debts(like credit card and different loans). However, for managing debt and staying motivated, I have found it to be an excellent tool. I love the charts and graphs! I have recommended this app to friends and family, and use it all the time.

### 4/5 — Great app - But..

*2018-04-30, version 3.3.1*

Would be great if you can have the option to pay bills fortnightly/weekly etc..

Otherwise the app is perfect for what you need

### 4/5 — Good

*2018-01-28, version 3.3.1*

Needs to have an option for bi weekly payments

### 2/5 — Needs a reboot

*2018-01-15, version 3.3.1*

When you change the method in which you want to pay off debt, the dollar amounts get all messed up and you have to start from scratch. It could be a great app. Needs more updates.

### 3/5 — Needs more options

*2017-12-28, version 3.3.1*

Overall app does what is supposed to do! Needs more payment date options i.e. bi-weekly for non-traditional loans or debts. Would also love if it had a sixth snowball option, largest to smallest payment!

### 5/5 — One thing it needs

*2017-09-22, version 3.3.1*

It needs to be able to let you enter in reoccurring monthly payments that do not have a starting or ending balance, like phone bill etc

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Basic app

*2019-09-13, version 3.3.1*

Will not keep accurate payments and gives no option to add extra payments save your 99 cents the debt snowball add on is not very good

### 1/5 — Locks up, freezes, lost all my data :(

*2019-03-09, version 3.3.1*

Running the most recent iOS on an iPhone 7 Plus.

### 1/5 — Lacking A Most Important Element

*2017-11-13, version 3.3.1*

One of the most important aspects of debt riddance is paying your debt off on time. Sadly, the reminder does not work on iPhone 7plus.

### 1/5 — Too complicated

*2017-09-09, version 3.3.1*

The snowball payoff doesn't work. I can't put in the actual payments I've made and when you click on help, nothing makes sense!

### 1/5 — Basic

*2017-09-06, version 3.3.1*

It's a decent app but why can't I input actual info on payments made? If I have more or less money I may pay more or less than usual but when I indicate the payment was made, I can't enter how much I actually paid. Kind of useless. It means there is only realtime data on the date the initial info was made. It's useless after that.

### 1/5 — Biggest waste of 99 cents!

*2017-07-03, version 3.3.1*

I want my money back.

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2017-06-17, version 3.3.1*

Snowball requires purchase, instantly deleted. Just charge for the app if it's good, the extra code it took for this feature is not worth what you're charging.

### 1/5 — Boo

*2017-06-05, version 3.3.1*

Makes you buy the debt snowball form once you and put all of your bill data.

### 1/5 — Crashing

*2017-03-20, version 3.3*

I just spent 20 minutes entering all my debts and now the app keeps crashing and won't show the data. Really not impressed. This has been a waste of my time.

### 1/5 — Really slow - needs improvement

*2017-02-06, version 3.3*

Love the concept but the app is sooo slow it takes 3-5 min to completely upload info and then once you need to make a change it won't save any changes
- again great concept but it needs some work

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Dept break

*2026-05-19, version 8.0*

Excellent app

### 5/5 — Dept break

*2026-03-04, version 7.0*

Excellent app

### 5/5 — Glitch?

*2023-02-08, version 5.1*

I’ve used this app for quite some time and I’ve loved it, but the newest update got rid of decimal points when typing percentages. I no longer can put the interest being 5.45%. I have to put 5% which makes it very inaccurate.

### 5/5 — Worth the .99

*2019-09-14, version 3.3.1*

The app itself is fairly user friendly, but what makes it most helpful is the snowball method add on. It’s 99 cents and made the plan that much clearer. I now know when my debts will be paid of and the percentage I’ve paid on them already which is super encouraging to see. I highly recommend.

### 5/5 — Good

*2019-07-05, version 3.3.1*

Needs a payment plan option for bi-weekly

### 5/5 — Real review

*2019-03-20, version 3.3.1*

(free version)
I’ve explored most of the app (or the features that I’d actually use everyday) and its a pretty good app. There are ads for the free version but they actually don’t take up much room on the screen so they’re not really a bother.

There’s room for improvement, as there are in all apps, but for what it offers, I’ve really like this app. The services it provides outweigh the ‘not so developed’ areas 5 - 1. I only downloaded it to help keep track of my depts and it does a damn good job at it and a bit over expectation if i’m honest.

Conclusion:
Good app, does its job and a little more, made it easy to keep track of my debt. Room for improvement but the app in itself is good.

disclaimer:
This is the first debt app I downloaded so I have not tried any other apps to compare it to, but it does a good job so there was no need to look into other apps.

### 5/5 — Simple

*2019-01-20, version 3.3.1*

I only use it to keep me up on my credit card payments! I will use the snowball options once I pay the first one off! It gives me a reminder for when my payments are due that are helpful!

### 5/5 — RECOMMEND - Debts Break App

*2018-10-07, version 3.3.1*

Love it! Very useful and it encourages me a lot to see my debts go down so quickly eith this app!

### 5/5 — Very Easy To Use!

*2018-05-11*

This app is great, really useful.

### 5/5 — Good App

*2017-12-15, version 3.3.1*

Great tool for keeping track of debts and paying them off!
