Waiting for an update for months. Deleting app and reinstalling doesn’t help. ### 1/5 — Can’t access *2022-02-09* No matter where I am I log in and always get can’t connect to server. It’s useless. Recently I have become unable to login through the app. I have tried deleting the app and it’s data to no avail. The current app acts like it’s opening then crashes and disappears. I hope you fix it soon. I like checking daily usage to conserve energy. I can pay my bill, I can see outages, I can get messages about peak usage. It is a really well put together app. And I can even message the electric company right through the app and report an outage. And on the app you can see the little trucks on their way working on any problems.
