There’s nothing interactive. I have an iPhone 11. The decal repeats the same stuff over & over but you can’t do anything with it.  & there’s no way to take selfie’s even though it says “take selfies”. My 5 year old daughter was so excited thinking she could do something with Elsa & nothing! Even in the setup it asks for her age “to customize the interactive experience.” THERE IS NO INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCE

We have an iPad 8th gen and iPhone 11 and don’t have the option to grab the 3D figure. The cube show in the instructions does not appear on my screen.

We put Groot on our playroom wall. My 4 year old son was so excited to scan him and see him come to life. He had some questions he wanted to ask Groot. But Groot never came to life. My son was heartbroken.

I wouldn’t have known that the color of the wall makes a difference if the previous commenter didn’t say so. It would have been helpful for the instructions to mention that. It works well when you have it on a light wall vs a dark wall.

We put the hulk decal on a navy blue wall and the app doesn’t work.  The Spider-Man decal is on a lighter color wall and it works fine

Previously I had given a negative review because it did not work with my iphone 10 xs max. However 2 weeks after I had sent them an email informing the company of the bug they came out with version 4.1.0 that totally fixed the problem. 
My grandson who is just turned 4 is thrilled with the new action. Thanks to the company for their quick response.

Such a fun way to decorate for kiddos, and let them interact with the decals! Easy to use app for kids and parents.
