Ce serait bien de rajouter une fonctionnalité de synchronisation manuelle … car là la synchro se fait de manière aléatoire (parfois J-1, parfois J-2 uniquement, etc.) **Developer response:** Bonjour, La connexion à Apple Santé est dans les tuyaux. Mais j’ai tout de même un gros soucis avec la re-connexion automatique avec l’application après un éloignement du téléphone. J’utilise un iPhone SE et dès que je m’éloigne du téléphone la montre se déconnecte de l’application et je dois ouvrir l’application systématiquement pour la reconnecter. Je trouve cela tout de même pénible. À quand une mise à jour de l’application qui gère la re-connexion automatiquement dès que la montre est de nouveau proche du téléphone ? Elle marche tout de même sur l’android de ma mère mais pas sur mon Iphone, j’attend une futur mise a jour pour remettre les 2 derniers étoiles car l’application a l’air correcte. ### 2/5 — Fonctionnalité fast fix *2026-07-02* Bonjour, je suis désolé de mettre une note si basse mais je ne comprends pas comment activer la fonctionnalité fastfix. En effet j’ai acheté cette semaine une montre fit 100s que je n’arrive pas à connecter au signal gps je me retrouve comme un andouille a attendre que le signal GPS soit perçu mais impossible (je suis dehors espace dégagé, je cherche à courir). Bref je n’ai pas réussi et je rentre je m’informe avec le support le bot me dit il faut mettre à jour fastfix. Mais impossible de trouver ou c’est sur l’application peut être que tout bonnement la montre ne l’a pas ? Je ne sais pas je ne comprend pas. Et là je me dis que j’ai acheté une montre pour rien puisque je ne peux pas suivre mes activités avec… ### 5/5 — Pratique à utiliser *2026-06-30* L’application est simple et claire pour modifier les réglages des montres, tapis de courses, accessoires etc… mais la connectivité n’est pas encore top. **Developer response:** Merci pour votre commentaire, bonne continuation avec DECATHLON HUB ! ### 3/5 — Problème de connexion *2026-06-11* J’ai été très satisfaite de ma montre les premiers mois puis après une mise à jour, et ce, depuis un mois, mes activités ne se mettent plus à jour automatiquement via strava, j’ai tout essayé et contacteé l’assistance plusieurs fois qui m’ont dit que ça allait se régler et en attendant passer par un ordinateur… si le problème ne se résout pas je pense acheter une autre marque car je ne vois pas d’autres solutions donc finalement déçue. Dommage car je l’aimais beaucoup ### 5/5 — Bonne app mais besoins d’améliorations ux *2026-06-06* Très bonne application de suivi, très complète sur les informations qu’elle donne.
