It just doesn’t work anymore, since changing from ride, which was great, why change things and make them unusable, I am now just presented with a mobility loading screen. Rubbish.

### 2/5 — Unreliable, limited functionality

Because this is for a connected bike, it is reliant upon the bike connection and hardware to communicate. Unfortunately folding bikes see cable loosening from folding and opening so the connection becomes unreliable. Also I don’t understand why there is functionality to edit details in a separate app, and the ability to filter there but not on this one. This app could do with a refresh so that all aspects are just in this one place.

Finally, my app is having issues in ending my rides, which is impacting reliability. As the app just updated, I am wondering if there is a bug?

Ich finde die App super und sehr Nutzvoll aber es ist leider nur für ios 17.6+. Da ich diese Version nd habe kann ich die neuen Funktionen des Apps nicht benutzen und bin immer noch auf der alten Version. Wenn es möglich ist, könnten sie die eine update für iOS 16.7.16.

Um die App stabil und zukunftssicher zu halten, setzt die neueste Version leider iOS 17.6 voraus. Ein Update für ältere iOS-Versionen ist technisch leider nicht mehr machbar. Schön, dass Sie die App trotzdem auf der älteren Version weiter nutzen!

### 3/5 — Nouvelles fonctionnalités encore attendues

L’app n’est pas mal, mais les promesses de cartes, de gpx etc. tardent à être délivrées. Par ailleurs pour ma part la synchronisation avec Strava est erratique. 
Si Décathlon ne souhaite plus (ou ne peut plus)  mettre les ressources nécessaires au développement promis, serait-il possible de passer 1. De communiquer clairement à ce sujet et 2. De passer en open source? 
Mais là on achète un vélo avec une promesse d’utilisation qui n’est pas honorée, c’est dommage . 
En revanche le mode auto fonctionne bien de mon côté, et c’est vraiment pas mal du tout!

Bonjour, le descriptif indique qu’il est possible de synchroniser les activités avec Komoot mais elle n’apparaît pas dans la liste des applis accessibles à la synchronisation. Est-ce qu’il y a une astuce à connaître ?

Depuis votre compte Decathlon https://account.decathlon.com/ il est possible de connecter d'autres applications sportives afin d'envoyer vos données vers ces services ou de recevoir vos activités provenant de ces services. Komoot n'est plus directement compatible avec la synchronisation du compte Decathlon. Vous pouvez cependant tester de passer par une application tierce comme Strava si vous souhaitez ensuite synchroniser ces données vers Komoot.
N'hésitez pas à passer par le service "contactez nous" pour toute autre demande de fonctionnalité.

Leider wird die App immer weiß, wenn man sie einmal kurz geschlossen hat bzw. zu einer anderen App wechselt. Wenn man sie dann wieder öffnet, wird sie weiß, und man muss sie komplett neu starten.

Instable depuis de nombreuses années semaine sur un 700
Pb à la connexion. Soit couper le display, soit Killer l’application et ce malgré la connexion. Pas de vitesse indiqué au départ, pas de mode automatique activé. Je le sais pas l’apparition de « —«  concernant le niveau de batterie ou vitesse. 
C’est une fois sur 2. 
Si j’allume le display bien après c’est moins souvent. 
Sans compter l’arrêt d’enregistrement et plus de mode automatique en cours de parcouru

Depuis 3 semaines la connexion entre le vélo et l application est très aléatoire.  Batterie vitesse autonomie etc ne sont plus affichées. 
En fin d’activité aucun tracé de parcours et des informations incohérentes.

L’application est vraiment bien faite. Néanmoins, je constate des bugs au démarrage de ma sortie. En effet je clic sur rouler mais rien ne s’affiche ni le km, ni la vitesse. pourtant le temps défile. Parfois obliger de redémarrer l’application ou même le téléphone. Des fois le kilométrage arrête d’être comptabilisé. Il serait judicieux d’avoir un onglet « partage » afin de partager la sortie sur les RS. Et enfin, ce qui serait vraiment génial, se serait d’adapter l’application pour les vélos qui ne sont pas connectés « électriques », sur des vélos de route sans batterie. Je possède plusieurs vélo et je dois avoir plusieurs applications pour les sorties. Ce que je n’aime pas trop. Je préfère utiliser 1 application pour toutes les sorties. Ça serait sympa. Merci décathlon.
