App works well with lots of useful options on it.
Problem finding tracking for my order. Incorrect date too.
I ordered an item a few days ago. I got all the correct emails etc.
When I ordered ordered it I was only given one date, which happened to be the date I wanted anyway.
However a day later, I was told that I would be getting the order the next day and not the day I wanted. I had to go back and change it before I got a redelivery charge.
Also when I got an email telling me that I could track my order it turns out that I couldn’t.
I pressed on the link, and it opened the app. Sure enough all my previous orders were there, but I could not find my current order. I had to open up the website in the browser to find it there.

Excellent shopping experience on the app , ordered what I wanted and we’re informed when it was all sorted and when to collect, hassle free shopping with decathlon.
Great app with good benefits
I think this app is not only good for shopping and checking stock it’s great for the loyalty benefits if you connect you fitness tracker. A great incentive to me anyway.

Decathlon est, pour moi, l’une des meilleures enseignes de sport en France. On y trouve un choix immense, des produits pour quasiment toutes les disciplines, avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix.
Je prends rarement le temps de laisser un avis, que ce soit pour une application ou un magasin. Mais cette fois, c’est largement mérité. Cela fait de nombreuses années que je suis client chez Decathlon, et je n’ai jamais été déçu. Que ce soit pour l’application, les magasins ou le service, tout est pensé pour faciliter la vie des sportifs, débutants comme confirmés.
Cette note est simplement une façon de remercier une enseigne qui m’accompagne depuis tant d’années. Continuez comme ça !

Electric bikes
We were looking to buy 2 electric bikes & had been to a few places to check out what there was about “not many had the time to give you when looking at bikes !! This was not the case at decathlon Southampton branch . Rami on the Bike section came over to us & could not do enough to help us in every way possible a very knowledgeable person smiling & happy the Deal was done ‘I would recommend him & his team to anyone …j cooper

Depuis de nombreuses années, Decathlon est pour moi une référence incontournable pour l’achat de matériel de sport. L’enseigne réussit à proposer un excellent rapport qualité-prix, sans faire de compromis sur la qualité, la fiabilité et l’innovation. Que l’on soit débutant, sportif occasionnel ou passionné, chacun peut trouver un équipement adapté à ses besoins et à son budget.
J’apprécie particulièrement les marques développées par Decathlon, qui offrent souvent des produits très bien conçus, durables et innovants, à des prix bien plus accessibles que ceux de nombreuses grandes marques. Les équipes en magasin sont disponibles, de bon conseil et contribuent à rendre l’expérience d’achat agréable.

Sehr übersichtlich und einfach zu bedienen
Eine sehr schöne App die einfach zu bedienen ist und sehr übersichtlich alle Funktionen anzeigt. Intuitiv konnte ich alles leicht finden und selbst Retouren sind keine Problem.

Having to uninstall this, the amount of times I google bicycle products and accessories, click the link on google it opens the app and greeted by an error message- we are sorry an error occurred retrieving product information!

Very disappointing experience with Decathlon’s returns process.
I attempted to return a tent that was confirmed as eligible for return through the Decathlon app. Based on this information, I travelled to my local store expecting the return to be accepted. However, the store refused the return and sent me away.
After contacting customer service, I was asked to provide photographs of the tent so the case could be reviewed. Once the photos were submitted, I was then informed that the return period had supposedly expired and no refund would be offered.
The most frustrating part is the lack of consistency between the app, the store, and customer service. If an item is not eligible for return, customers should not be told otherwise through the app or be asked to spend additional time gathering evidence for a review that ultimately goes nowhere.
I have always had positive experiences with Decathlon products, but this experience has left me with very little confidence in their customer service and returns process.
