App cannot login
While I updated this application and then the app signed me out automatically. And I can’t login through this app again, I can login through website only….
Shoddy app
How is it possible that Decathlon stores that I can walk into are non existent on the app. Ridiculous.
Excellent
Excellent shopping experience on the app , ordered what I wanted and we’re informed when it was all sorted and when to collect, hassle free shopping with decathlon.
Amazing app
Wow
Points taken away
The app doesn’t let me use the points I have just converted into a voucher

Poor Customer Service
Product didn’t arrive
Rapport qualité prix

All U 4 EVA WANT
Anything mostly you want is here or near bye
Poor page navigation
Once again a great shop is let down by a poor website. It took 7 attempts to pay for my basket after refusing to accept my PayPal account details!! Then emptied my basket 🤦🏻♂️🤬
Delivery problems
Despite items being able to order online it only gives the option to collect In person from store
I love it
Simply because of the descriptions of the item, more detailed than anywhere else, so informative. I can choose, read pop it into basket and Apple Pay within a minute. Postage for decathlon products are great, and I like that they use Royal Mail. And tbh, if you set aside your preferences for named products, you’ll find decathlon function just as well as more expensive brands. Don’t let their prices fool you, they’re substantial and hardy pieces of gear. Read the descriptions and you’ll never buy the wrong thing.
