I will never use this service again under any circumstances. I’ll walk until my feet bleed before I waste my time trying to catch a ride with Decatur moves. Booked a ride over an hour in advance, when the driver was 45 minutes late I called the phone number given and received nothing but attitude from the angry black woman who answered the phone. Then when my driver finally showed up an hour late, she gave me attitude because I didn’t get in the car fast enough. Absolute waste of taxpayer money.

The website is horribly hard to navigate, didn’t have my address as a pickup location (I only live in mountzion). People who drive are typical for Decatur and are slow and will jack up your time and money. Shouldn’t expect anything more from this town. Would never recommend if you value your time and respect.

This app is horrible mind you ppl have to get home and work yet they drive out the way just to pick up other people. Fed up delete this app it’s dangerous putting random personal in cars.

Requested a ride share at Millikin in the UC and the van drove right past. Just about as reliable as the bus or ubers in the area. Also would not let me put in a review afterwards.

This app lede to what seems to be a bus stop, has a sign and bench- but after sitting for hours I called and the staff rudely let me know they retired that stop and I should know that.

It’s ok! It could be better but here’s the trick if u wanna make it anywhere ON TIME book your ride early in the morning nd make ur arrive time for the time you have to be there. They are SUPER busy and if you book last minute you will be late. Another issue is the van may be a five seater but stop trying to squeeze three people in the back when it’s two fat people back there already. That van is made for FOUR PEOPLE unless they are skinny. The seatbelts in the front seats don’t even go around heavy set people. Other than that, the transportation is wonderful, the people that drive is amazing, and hopefully they extend their hours soon because it really helps a lot of people that works late hours.

Its only been a week but its been great except today the driver never pulled into my stop then proceeded to complete the ride as if they picked us up and dropped us off whole time. We were still stuck at Kroger‘s. I had to request another one. One caller told me she would contact the driver and hung up the other lady when i called back was a huge help! Thanks guys

This is an absolutely amazing service. I've rode twice now and the drivers were very unlike the bus drivers who can be somewhat rude at times. I was treated with respect and kindness. I'm very grateful to have something that is reliable and can get me to work when needed.
