I tried many “decibel” apps and this is the one that produces the most realistic results

Apple Watch app is a great bonus though it has a problem: when the watch turn the screen off and on again the app stops listening until you relaunch it from the menu again. I have Apple Watch Series 4 with the latest watchOS
