But just having the app open logs in at 42dcb am I supposed to be able to set it somehow? Or is this the ambient noise level?! Feel I need a few basic instructions built in. I have two other Decibel apps. In a quiet room, they measure between 29 and 31 dB. This app in the same room measures 20 dB. Everyone else seems to be OK with it. After opening again it gives 40-50 readings at same volume. Those are consistent readings over time.
