DECISIO.ai is a private meeting instrument for people who run things. Not a note-taker. A record of what was decided, who owns it, and whether it actually happened. THE LOOP Record any meeting — in person, on a call, over video. No bots join. No notifications go out to other participants. Afterwards, DECISIO extracts what matters: the decisions, the commitments, who owns each one, and the risks nobody wrote down. You confirm what's right. It becomes a permanent, searchable record. Then the part no other meeting app does: it tells you whether you followed through. FOLLOW-THROUGH Most meeting tools stop at the summary. DECISIO tracks your commitments to their deadline and shows you an honest number — on time, late, or missed. It's built not to flatter you. The original due date is set once, so rescheduling can't inflate the score. It counts only deadlines you confirmed yourself, never dates the AI guessed from meeting talk. And when there isn't enough history to be meaningful, it says so instead of showing a number. If the app closes between stopping a recording and saving it, the meeting is recovered automatically on next launch — and a draft is written the moment you stop, so nothing depends on finishing the save. See what stage a meeting is at without opening the app. Follow-Through now measures you, not the meeting Your score counts only deadlines you've confirmed, rather than dates inferred from what was said. Review a meeting and confirm suggested dates in one tap. Where there isn't enough confirmed history to be meaningful, the card shows your delivery record instead of a number that would mislead. Mark an action's real completion date — even if you log it later — so your follow-through score reflects when work actually got done. A more natural recording announcement. The AI rework definitely is. Check the rest against your last release before pasting. AI now works out of the box No setup, no API keys. AI analysis is included with your subscription — on supported devices, shorter meetings are analyzed entirely on-device. A clearer Follow-Through Score Your score now shows how many commitments you actually delivered alongside your on-time rate — so "done, but late" reads differently from "not done." We also fixed a bug where older completed commitments dropped out of the calculation, which could make the score read lower than your real follow-through.
