Decision Journal helps you think clearly about everyday choices.

Log what you chose, why it made sense at the time, how confident you felt, and when to review it later. When the outcome is clearer, add a reflection so you can notice patterns in your judgment over time.

Use it for work, money, habits, relationships, parenting, career choices, health routines, and ordinary life decisions.

Decision Journal is built to be calm, practical, and private by default. Your entries are stored locally on your device and no account is required.
