## What is DecisionPlay?

When you're stuck, map the game.

Caught in a Catch-22, a standoff, a hard negotiation, or a choice where every option seems bad? Describe what is happening and DecisionPlay maps the players, incentives, assumptions, and moves underneath the dilemma. It does not choose for you. It makes the structure visible.

MAP YOUR DILEMMA
- See who the players are and what each one is actually optimizing for
- Get a payoff matrix and the equilibrium the situation tends toward
- Every assumption is shown, so you can challenge it
- Rehearse it: pick a move, see the likely response, and find what would change your answer

PLAY TODAY'S DILEMMA
- A new strategic puzzle every day, the same one for everyone
- Call the game in about 20 seconds

LEARN THE PATTERNS
- 177 scenarios, 45 strategy briefs, 24 thinkers, and curated collections

### 5/5 — Cool app

*2026-10-27*

This app is a cool way to look at everyday situations from a different perspective and think through decisions you might normally overcomplicate. I especially like the daily dilemmas because they make you stop and think while still being fun and engaging. Such a creative and useful concept, and I’m excited to see how it continues to grow!
