Does exactly what it says, has custom built in work outs based on card suits, but you can make a custom deck based off of dozens of work outs. I really enjoy it so far 👍

Exactly what users need in a deck of cards fitness app!  All the functionality that you can get from premium apps but for free and with a very intuitive user interface! I love the focus cards
