## What is Deckbus?

Deckbus is an offline marine instrument-backbone planner for refits, owner-builders, installers, educators, and technicians who want the network drawn before cable enters a chase.

Place displays, sensors, controls, gateways, and the power tap along a linear backbone. Record individual drops, load-equivalent values, current, and notes; then screen termination count, backbone and drop limits, node placement, aggregate load, and conservative node voltage from the entered cable resistance and power location.
