## What is DeckHand Pool Service?

DeckHand keeps invited pool-service customers and authorized service teams connected through AI intelligence crafted and trained by you in one secure app.

For Home Owners:
• See upcoming service and recent visit details
• Review water chemistry, completed tasks, and pool equipment
• Message your pool-service company and share private photos
• Review quotes and view invoices
• Control notifications and request account deletion

For pool-service teams:
• View customer and service information
• Manage customer conversations and AI-assisted reply drafts
• Record completed service, chemistry, tasks, and private after-service photos
• Switch securely between authorized workspaces

Every workspace requires an invitation or administrator-granted role. Access is verified by the server, and users only see the companies or households assigned to them.

DeckHand is a free companion app for physical pool cleaning, repair, and equipment services.
