### 5/5 — Awesome App

*2026-07-23*

A much more organized way to keep track of the cards I need. The compare decks feature is fire.

### 5/5 — Useful app for beginners

*2026-07-22*

I’ve been using this for about couple months now, this has been a great training resource for getting into Pokémon as a beginner player. Although it does cost money I found that the free trial pretty convincing and switched to a yearly plan after the first month. There’s a ton of card and deck data, and I’ve noticed new features pop up every couple weeks so far. See for yourself if you’re interested. Actually playing the game has been super fun and I don’t feel too inexperienced with the recommendations from this app.

### 5/5 — I love sensing decks

### 1/5 — Don’t, forces the pro pass. Don’t trust.

*2026-07-13*

I just started out with playing the TCG in local play for the first time and have been looking for a deck building app, this app IS ANNOYING, no matter what I do they will constantly put up a “BUY THE PRO PASS” with no way to click off or out of it, restarting the app will just shove its pro plans in my face and down my throat not letting you even use the app at ALL till you give them money, completely unnecessary and unusable app. Do not download this!

**Developer response:** Hey ReaPer_lolz, I would love to get your honest opinion on the app and make change to make it worthwhile to you. Please get in contact soon! I am an indie developer, I would love to help you out with getting into the TCG space!

### 5/5 — Amazing Overall

*2026-05-13*

I’ve been playing the Pokémon TCG for 2 years now and this is by far the most useful tool I’ve found for it. Helps find affordable cards, lets me easily test out deck compositions, and lets me see good and bad matchups before I go to locals. Definitely worth it.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.9 — 2026-08-24

New way to view your deck. Switch between carousel and grid view right from deck view, so you can see your whole 60 at a glance instead of swiping card by card.

Smarter suggestions. We tightened up the suggestion engine so it stops recommending cards you already own (even reprints from a different set) and stops suggesting Pokemon that don't have their evolution partner in your deck yet.

Cleaner launch. Fixed an old placeholder graphic that was flashing before the DeckSense splash screen on app open. Now it's just the icon, straight into the app.

### 1.0.8 — 2026-08-14

- Various bug fixes for deck issues found in the decks tab.
- Faster sync from DeckSense card database.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-08-08

Fixed issues with skeleton deck display in the meta analysis section of the app. Variants should not display proper data for a deck archetype.

### 1.0.6 — 2026-08-06

This update focuses on accuracy and polish across the app:

Matchup suggestions are now smarter and more precise, giving you tech card recommendations that are actually tailored to each opponent
Top meta decks are now grouped by archetype, so you can browse variants of the same deck (like different secondary attackers) in one place instead of seeing duplicates
Fixed an issue where energy cards would sometimes show the wrong name
Fixed a loading issue where cards in deck carousels could appear blank while scrolling
General bug fixes and performance improvements

### 1.0.5 — 2026-07-19

Version 1.0.5
Deck Compare has been cleaned up and simplified. Shared cards between decks are now highlighted so you can spot overlap at a glance, deck selection is streamlined to just your Saved and Meta decks, and we removed a couple of stats sections that weren't pulling their weight.
Also fixed a bug where tapping a basic energy icon wouldn't add it to your deck.
