## What is DeckSequence?

DeckSequence turns a season of Pokémon TCG play into numbers you can act on.

Most players track results in a notes app, or not at all. You remember the games you lost badly and forget the rest, so "am I improving?" stays a feeling instead of a fact. DeckSequence fixes the memory problem.

LOG A MATCH IN SECONDS
Pick your deck, name the opponent's, tap the result. That's a logged game. Playing online instead? Paste a PTCG Live battle log and the whole match imports itself.

SEE YOUR MATCHUPS
Win rates by deck, by opponent, and by event type. Find the matchup that is quietly costing you tournaments.

DECK VERSIONS THAT REMEMBER
Every change to a list becomes a new version with its own record. Swapped two cards last week? You will know whether it worked.

DRAW ODDS WHILE YOU BUILD
See the real probability your list opens on what it needs — before you sleeve it up.

REPLAY THE WHOLE GAME
Step through any imported match turn by turn, board state and all. Watch the game you lost and find the turn it went wrong.

TOURNAMENTS
Log a locals or a regional round by round, with standings that follow the event.

SHARE A LIST OR A REPLAY
Send a deck or a full game to a friend with a link.

Log matches, build decks, run tournaments and watch replays for free, with no ads and nothing sold to anyone. A subscription unlocks the win-rate analytics: matchup win rates, the spread by opponent, and version-to-version comparison. Every new account starts with 30 days of full access.

SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
DeckSequence Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings.

### 5/5 — Fantastic app for tracking decks

*2026-09-23*

So many cool and useful features in this app! Love the opening hand simulator and all the stats it provides. Tournament and deck tracking (especially versions of decks) is super slick — kills trainercourt imo

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4.0 — 2026-10-05

Group a night of matches into a Session.

• Start a Session with a deck and version, and every match you log joins it with that deck already filled in. Its screen keeps a running record, and it ends on its own after 12 hours without a match. It works with no signal and syncs once you're back online.
• Add a match you logged earlier to any Session, move it to another one, or take it out. Group and filter your match history by Session.
• Filter your Tournaments by category, such as Cups and Challenges.
• Record the Standard format a Tournament was played in, such as TEF-30C. Leave it blank and it takes the format in play on the event's date.
• Give a Tournament an end date, so a Regionals or Worlds reads as the two or three days it was. Each Round lands on the day you played it.
• Open a matchup on its own page: your record against that opponent, how each deck version has done against it, and every match behind the number.
• Group the opponent decks you count as one deck, such as every Dragapult variant, and your matchup spread rolls them into a single record.
• Star any number of decks as favorites and filter Decks down to them.
• A new Home screen: your name and Player ID up top, your open Tournament and Session with their records, or your win rate and matchup spread when nothing is running, then your latest matches.
• Share a deck as a link or as an image from one Share menu.
• The Tournaments list is rebuilt as cards under In progress and Completed, each led by a mark for its category.
• Input fields have a visible outline in both themes.
• The 30th Celebration foil basic Energies are in the card catalog.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-09-28

Group a night of matches into a Session.

• Start a Session with a deck and version, and every match you log joins it with that deck already filled in. Its screen keeps a running record, and it ends on its own after 12 hours without a match.
• Add a match you logged earlier to any Session, move it to another one, or take it out, from the Session or from the match itself.
• Group and filter your match history by Session.
• Start, log and end a Session with no signal. It syncs on its own once you're back online.
• A new Home screen: your name and Player ID up top, your open Tournament and Session with their records and next actions, or your win rate and matchup spread when nothing is running, then your latest matches.
• The 30th Celebration foil basic Energies are in the card catalog, ready to add to a deck.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-24

Put your deck in the order you read it in.

• Arrange your deck's cards in your own order. Switch on card ordering, then press and hold a card to drag it where you want it within its Pokémon, Trainer or Energy section.
• Run a whole tournament with no signal: create it, log every round, finish it. It syncs on its own once you're back online.
• Edit a saved card group or combo query instead of deleting it and building it again.
• Finish a tournament as Winner or Finalist.
• The Playtest page is now Play Hands. Your card groups and combo odds come first, each showing the cards it's built from, and the practice draw sits at the bottom.
• Your card order saves as you drag, is kept per deck version, and shows wherever your deck does, including the decklist you copy out for registration.
• Preview your tournament recap in Light or Dark before you share it.
• Share a deck in one tap: Share creates the link and opens the share sheet.
• A deck's version history is now called Versions.
• A matchup at exactly 45% reads as even rather than as a losing one.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-18

Log tournament matches from the round you're on.

- Log each match from its round, and open a logged match to edit it without leaving the round.
- Finish a tournament as completed or dropped, with your placement and finish bracket.
- Mark a round you already created as an ID, a no-show or a bye.
- Give each tournament a category, from an online event up to Worlds.
- Edit a tournament's details after you create it.
- A match's page leads with the result and your opponent, then groups what you recorded, the deck you played and your notes.
- Every save, update and delete tells you whether it worked.
- New sets and promos reach the card catalog within a day of release, including 30th Celebration and its Classic Collection.
- Fixed: a Battle Log no longer flags your deck as mismatched because of cards your opponent played.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-12

Collection

Track the cards you actually own. Add them by search or paste a list, and every deck tells you whether you can build it — or exactly what you're short.

• Search the catalog and add a card in a couple of taps
• Paste a list to add a lot at once
• Regulation mark on every row
• Deck Lab compares a list against what's in your collection

Subscriptions

The win-rate analytics — matchup win rates, the spread by opponent deck, and version-to-version deck comparison — are now part of a subscription. Everything else stays free and unlimited: logging matches, building and versioning decks, running tournaments, and watching replays.

New accounts start with everything unlocked for 30 days. No card required and nothing to set up. When that ends the account moves to the free tier and nothing is deleted.

Account now has Restore purchases and Manage subscription.
