Can’t read Japanese. Great on the first page it’s in English. Subsequent pages are in Japanese. Not helpful at all. Added my photo only to find I couldn’t read or change the language to see what to do. The subscription was supposed to be for a free trial. It’s not the charged me for a year and when I cancelled the subscription it said it was good for a year from now. Again, not helpful and no way to contact anyone on the app! I wanted to like this app instead it just sucks, sucks your money, sucks your time, just plain sucks.

**Developer response:** You're right, and I'm sorry. Two of these were my bugs, and both are now fixed.

The paywall showed "1 week free" while the annual plan was selected, but the trial only existed on the monthly plan. The annual plan now includes the free trial it was advertising.

The analysis results came back in Japanese regardless of your language setting — including the part telling you what to do. That was a bug on my server, now fixed, so English results come through without an app update.

Cancelling keeps access until the paid period ends; that's Apple's behaviour, not something I can change. But you shouldn't be out a year over my mistake. Developers can't issue refunds, so please request one at reportaproblem.apple.com and mention the app advertised a trial that wasn't available on the plan you bought.
