Decluttered is honestly a well-built app with a clean UI, love it. That one can set up a widget or quick launch icon for daily healthy habits. Just two things that'd make it even better:

1. The breathing box exercise resets if you accidentally tap the screen kind of annoying. Would be great to have an option to just continue where you left off instead of starting over.

2. Missed a daily exercise? No way to go back to it. Would be cool if there was an option to pull up past/skipped daily exercises so you can still do them later.

small stuff but would make a great app even better 🙌
