Packed them, set everything up, and then found absolutely no way to download the shipping label. Went to the help section, but it’s just a bunch of poorly written, FAQs with no answer and no way to contact them. The app is a disaster. Total waste of time. I was gonna sell my old iPhones to them as well, but will look for another service, and the DVDs are going to Goodwill. Just kept telling me try new browser have you got latest app etc etc !! Apparently they cannot just email you a shipping label.
