Have to delete and setup programs again. Fine for a month or 2 but then stops. I recently tried to modify the programming and had issues with the App. After reading a number of reviews realized that other users were experiencing the same issue. I finally deleted the app off my phone and reinstalled it, it’s back up and working, a simple fix. ### 1/5 — 1.75 broke my pairing. Now unable to pair device *2020-09-15, version 1.7.6* I had more trouble with this App not sure they do enough testing when put a new release out. ### 1/5 — I thought it was user error.... *2020-09-11, version 1.7.6* I am usually really good with technology and programming timers, so I thought I would have no problems with this. The light seems to turn on and off at times I’ve definitely not programmed it to do so. It has turned off in the middle of dinner and turned on random in the middle of the night waking up the pets. That’s it folks. Can’t turn light off with switch (DOA). Paired with Bluetooth thinking...”who needs a switch”.... all went well.... “but”.... Bluetooth would not control either so light just stayed on. Had to buy another switch (not Leviton) and just be happy to have an on/off rocker switch with a dimmer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. And FWIW.... you know where it was made. Yep... Now the programmed timer doesn’t work. I have to manually turn it on and off every day and night. I may as well have a light switch. ### 1/5 — Meh *2026-01-14, version 1.10.6* When it works it’s a pretty good system. Switch turn on and off based on schedule and you can override with the physical switch. However every time there is a power outage the switch freaks out and loose time or timezone. If you just purchased them return them before you spend money installing them. The app is pretty easy to use the only problem is the switches do not maintain the programming and constantly need to be updated. The customer service is horrible when you call them there is very little they can do. After spending hundreds of dollars having them installed it’s your problem to get the electrician again to take them out and put new ones in that are going to be just as bad. On at sunset and off at sunrise. I only have to log on the app and if we loose power to update the switch again which I think was only about three times in 15 years. ### 5/5 — Not sure why there are so many bad reviews *2020-10-23, version 1.7.6* I downloaded this app and connected very quickly to my new switches with no problems. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I haven’t tried out the timed lighting yet but just as far the power off and on and dimming/fading goes I’ve had no issues. ### 5/5 — No Issues *2019-03-03, version 1.4.20* I’m basing my review on the one switch that I just installed for my front porch lights. I wired the switch in, downloaded the app, and I was instantly able to connect to the switch via the app. The app was easy to use, and easy to program my lights for a sunset and sunrise, on/off setting. The app showed the exact time it was to turn on and turn off my lights that coincided exactly with my weather app’s sunset and sunrise times. And it did exactly what it said it was going to do at the exact time it said it would do it. So I’ve had the switch installed for a full 14 hours and it’s working exactly as advertised. ### 5/5 — Did not connect at first *2018-10-22, version 1.4.20* I was ready to return the switch a few days after installation, but when I tried the app one last time it connected. So far no issues, the app is easy to use and programs the switch as it should.
