## What is Decorous?

Stage an empty room in seconds, from one photo.

Decorous furnishes empty listing photos the way a professional home stager would. The walls, windows, floors and camera angle stay exactly as they are, so the photo still shows the real home.

VIRTUAL STAGING
Pick the room type and a style (Modern Farmhouse, Scandinavian, Mid Century and more), and get a fully furnished room in seconds. Pro exports are 2K, sharp enough for listing sites.

DECLUTTER
Clear furniture, boxes and clutter out of a lived-in room, so buyers see the space and not the stuff.

"VIRTUALLY STAGED" LABEL
MLS rules ask agents to disclose virtually staged photos. Decorous can add a small "Virtually staged" or "Digitally edited" label to every image you save or share.

REDESIGN ANY ROOM
Living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, offices and more, in 19 styles. Keep your layout for a refresh, or start from scratch with a full makeover.

CURB APPEAL, BACKYARDS AND PAINT
Try new siding, doors and landscaping on your house, turn a bare yard into a garden, or test a wall color without touching anything else.

JUST SAY WHAT TO CHANGE
Type "add a large plant", "remove the curtains" or "make the sofa green", and only that changes.

Decorous Pro unlocks unlimited staging and redesigns, 2K listing exports, every mode and style, and the design-advice chat.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings.

### 1/5 — Only one free picture

*2025-05-15*

Admin said it's free but you get one picture then haber to pay

### 1/5 — Fake offer free for life

*2025-05-11*

I subscribed to a free lifetime offer, but every time I try to use the app, it asks for a subscription for a price. The app store should monitor such fake offers and impose a suitable fine and penalty for such manipulation.

### 2/5 — 4 IAPs

*2024-10-28*

I may be missing something but there are 4 IAPs even though the app claims “We’ve gone free” in the description. AppAdvise also says it’s free lifetime.

**Developer response:** Hi thanks for the review. Those are the old IAPs. There is no paywall in the app and no features are restricted by any IAPs. Did you see anything to the contrary?

### 2/5 — Not very good

*2024-10-28*

Makeover photos are very low-resolution, the app is in portrait mode only (unsuitable for iPads), and they put a huge watermark at the bottom. Not impressed.

**Developer response:** Hi there - thank you for giving us a try and the review. The watermark is an oversight from going free (used to be removed when you subscribe). Look out for that to be removed in a future update.

### 2/5 — Not worth it

*2024-03-17*

Some of the renderings were interesting but most were useless - fully moved the shower, showed two bathtubs in a small space. If you are playing around - ok. If you are looking for actual ideas - skip this one.

**Developer response:** We've gone free! We'd be excited for you to give us another try.

### 5/5 — Helpful and easy to use

*2024-03-14*

My partner and I used this app to help with some kitchen remodeling. It was easy to use and super helpful — we just dropped in some photos and, violà, a ton of ideas and inspiration.

**Developer response:** Love to hear it thank you!

### 5/5 — Love this app!

Wish I wasn’t broke from actual home renovations as I’d buy the pro version. Great app!!

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for the review! Made my day. If you reach out at feedback@decorous.app I’d love you help you out with a code for the pro version

### 5/5 — I think it got better

*2023-12-29*

### 5/5 — Pretty cool

*2023-12-29*
