The app is great for all things related to renting at Westside Terrace. I pay my rent. I can submit a maintenance request. I can look at the message board. It’s easy to navigate to get things done.

After putting in my bank account & wanting to make a payment it stated i cannot use it cause my bank account needs to be verified so I attempted to put it in again and and then it states no it’s in. It’s verifying my account. How how are they verifying my account I put in the information times too I did everything correct and it’s still not letting me make a payment overall I have to pay $10 more to use my credit card and that’s what I don’t want to do is pay 120 more a year to make My my rent payments 😞
