Allerdings kann man die neue App für unseren Roboter (R95) nicht verwenden. Der Saugroboter, zu dessen Kernfunktionalitäten unter anderem die App zählt, ist somit nicht verwendbar. Das ist ein echtes Armutszeugnis für die Qualitätssicherung bei Ecovacs. Mich verwundern immer Rezessionen in denen steht das es Probleme gibt, kann ich aber nicht nachvollziehen, vielleicht liegt es ja auch am Nutzer? Mein Robi hat noch nie die Karte verloren, er ist permanent übers WLAN verbunden und wartet auf seinen Einsatz. Was man eben nicht tun sollte ist der Robi hochnehmen, das mögen die eben nicht, dann kann das durchaus passieren. Die App ist übersichtlich, leicht verständlich, individuell und wird auch immer live beim reinigen auf neue bzw. alte Hindernisse geprüft. So erkennt er z.B. Wenn ein Raum geschlossen ist und zeigt das entsprechend an, beim nächsten mal wenn die Barriere nicht mehr vorhanden ist, wird diese entfernt aus der Darstellung. Es macht auch Spaß zuzusehen wie der Sauger seine Bahnen zieht und wo er sich gerade befindet. Ich kann die App nur empfehlen, für meine Zwecke ist sie ideal. ### 5/5 — Vacuum App *2019-06-14, version 2.0.2* This is the correct app for the vacuum. It works great and I am loving my new vaccum/mop. Può essere migliorata ma non è pessima come dicono. ### 4/5 — Patience required and charming support *2020-02-26, version 2.1.0* Ecovacs DEEBOT (not quiet sure what to call them) make useful little bots that sweep and clean and so far have been reliable. Except for the bot that literally had a nervous breakdown and just sat there saying Please help me. That one went back. The other two are doing fine so you may wonder why the apps get such low ratings. The bots behave as if they were AI software but of course it is humans that set them up and that is a nightmare. You can do it despite the occasionally weird English in the manual but it will take you at least a couple of hours. My personal best was 30 hours. The good news is the enthusiastic if occasionally rather dim support you get. You have to pay for the calls of course,they don’t have a free line, but it is a sense of achievement when your bot wakes up and gets to work. What is the problem? Mainly that the bots can only use the 2g side of your router LAN. So any peaks during set up and you will get a failure in comms notice. The only way to make sure the bot gets through setup is to sit next to your router with the bot next to you. And follow the setup instructions word for word. I am pretty sure the manual was translated from Chinese or Turkish so there is a bit of confusion about the order in which to push the two reset buttons, the sounds they make and what happens next.
