## What is Deefoc?

Deefoc helps you create a physical boundary between you and distracting apps.

Choose the apps, app categories, or websites you want to block using Apple Screen Time controls. Link a physical Deefoc NFC Key to a focus mode. When you are ready to focus, tap your iPhone to the Key to start a lock session. To unlock, tap the same Key again.

Deefoc is designed for simple focus moments like deep work, study, sleep, and family time.

Key features:
- Start and end focus with a physical NFC Key
- Block selected apps, app categories, and websites
- Use different modes for work, sleep, study, and family time
- Require the same Key to unlock a session
- Track local focus stats on your iPhone

Deefoc uses Apple Screen Time APIs and keeps your focus setup local to your device. It does not require an account for the core focus flow.
