Requested for card cancellation long time back and given false offer promises. There is no option to get away with this card through App, email or customer care. Until a prospect has not taken any facility with them , these guys will chase you day and night. And the day you want to settle your account and request for a liability letter , believe me that to get your request answered is impossible. They will make sure not to answer any emails no phone calls (which is on automation). Their customer service is not POOR as POOR has some credit to it. These guys are below POOR as they don’t answer any query of yours when any client wants to settle his or hers account. ### 1/5 — Extremely Poor customer service *2025-05-12, version 1.3.7* When it’s time to cancel the card, they don’t respond for days on end, and then lie and say they tried calling you and close the case. The approx wait time for customer service is 10-15mins and there’s never a manager available to speak with! Terrible customer service!
