This company takes a week time to send money to the destination. I recommend all people to use Thai bank International Money Transfer option specially from SCB Bank. I use SCB International money transfer which takes only 5 minutes to reach to destination bank. ### 1/5 — Extremely bad service *2024-10-24, version 2.13.1* I’ve been using this app for a long time, and previously, transactions would take around 3 days to 1 week. However, my last transaction was canceled, and even after waiting for 5 days, I did not receive a refund. I contacted Dee Money via Line, provided my bank details, and they told me the refund was in process, but I still haven’t received it. I did the same through email, but despite the cancellation not being my fault, I’ve had no success. Today marks one month, and I am very frustrated as I still haven’t gotten my refund. I opened my Dee Money account at Sukhumvit Soi 8. ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE *2024-10-18, version 2.13.1* Been using the services for years, but now is just TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE THE SERVICE! Make my transaction on 13th sept, and the transaction got cancelled 2 weeks after. Approached by them on 28th sept for refund, and THATS IT, THEY ARE NOT REPLYING ANYMORE despite I sending multiple email to check on the refund status. Till now I don’t know am I still able to get my money back or not. Did not receive money until 13th September 24 then customer executive told to cancel the transaction for refund, I made the request on 13th September 24 . I got a email confirmation for refund to be credited by 20th September and upon contacting to customer executive now they don’t know when will I get the money back . ### 1/5 — Do not trust- SCAM *2024-09-20* This service used to operate effectively, but no longer. Their transfer is taking 21 days and counting after saying it will be 24 hours. They are not a safe place for your money. Customer service is not honest or helpful. In Thailand., DeeMoney stands out in nearly every way. It works seamlessly with any bank and so many countries. Recently, I made a transfer to another Asian country, and I was just watching the screen to see when the transfer showed complete. In a few minutes, I received a message that my transfer had been blocked. And they asked me to check the account. I made a quick call and found out that there had been a nationwide banking Internet, problem due to whether. I pass that information on to DeeMoney and ask them to just hold it until the following day. The next morning before I even contacted them I got a message saying they had tried again and it went through without any problem. The fact that they fact this and followed up on it without any prompting from me, It’s just very remarkable and very refreshing.
