I was initially excited about this app and signed up immediately. I was sorely disappointed. I then tried to cancel my subscription and could not do it  through the app. The only thing I could do was pause it and I could only do that by “claiming” another 6 months (no I didn’t pay for it) I have now tried to contact them by email to try to cancel it and all I get is undeliverable messages. So I tried facebook and facebook messenger I have yet to get a reply.  Going to give it just a bit longer and then I’ll be forced to cancel my card.

We’ve also taken care of the subscription issue you mentioned, so no further action is needed on your side.
