They are still charging me for a subscription I don’t want. I’ve asked many times to cancel it and they are ignoring my requests. I have no idea how to stop the payments ! I wish I never subscribed in the first place!

J’avais téléchargé cette application uniquement pour un test, auquel j’ai mis fin immédiatement. Malgré cela, l’app a conservé mes coordonnées bancaires et continue de me prélever chaque année, sans autorisation.

J’ai envoyé plusieurs relances par mail pour demander un arrêt des prélèvements et un remboursement, mais aucune réponse sérieuse. C’est une pratique abusive et totalement inacceptable.

👉 Si vous tenez à vos données bancaires et à votre argent, ne téléchargez pas cette application.

Le contenu est vraiment intéressant, rien à redire là-dessus. En revanche, l’application bugue beaucoup (d’où ma note). Je suis au 6e jour consécutif, mais l’appli ne m’a débloqué que jusqu’au jour 3, alors que tous les contenus précédents sont bien validés. C’est frustrant, car ça freine mon avancée et me fait hésiter à acheter. J’ai contacté le support via l’appli il y a plusieurs jours, mais je n’ai toujours pas eu de réponse. Dommage, car l’expérience pourrait être excellente sans ces soucis techniques. 
Deuxième point négatif : le prix. Payer minimum 49€ pour une appli qui bugue, c’est un peu dur à avaler… Ce serait top qu’il y ait au moins des codes promo pour compenser .

Je suis très déçue car j’ai payé 49€ et au bout de 8 jours le programme s’est bloqué, je n’ai pas accès à la suite ! J’ai envoyé plusieurs messages via la rubrique « nous contacter » sans aucun retour. c’est dommage car j’étais très motivée pour suivre ce programme, voilà 49 € dépensés pour rien du tout😡

Je ressentais le besoin de transformer certains schémas de pensée qui m’empêchaient d’avancer. Cette application d’auto-hypnose a été une belle découverte : les séances sont claires, bien structurées, et aident à identifier et apaiser ces pensées qui, au fil des années, deviennent comme des murs invisibles. Avec chaque session, je me sens plus sereine et prête à aborder la vie avec une nouvelle perspective. C’est un outil précieux pour qui cherche à avancer et à se libérer en douceur. Je recommande vivement pour son impact réel et positif !

Frankly life changing. I recommend this app to all of my friends having a midlife crisis and looking for more meaning in their lives and don’t know how to get over their own deep-seated mindsets. I have been using for almost 6 months and have become completely addicted. With that said, the app will once in a while forget who you are and erase ALL. Your progress and force you to start back from scratch. This means you no longer have access to the content you have previously unlocked (it can take 15 days or more of daily practice to reactivate). Customer support is completely non responsive which is highly frustrating despite app’s aim… I wish NYTimes had mentioned this in their review…

L’application est GÉNIALE ! Je l’ai écouté tous les soirs l’année dernière et j’ai ressenti de profonds changements en moi et cela m’a aidé également à avoir un sommeil de meilleure qualité. Malheureusement, ma situation financière étant fragile depuis plusieurs mois maintenant, je ne peux plus me permettre de payer l’abonnement. Cependant, les 17€ valent tellement le coup. Si vous pouvez vous le permette, foncez !!

The app promises 21 day programs. I went through my first program. I tried to add another program but there is no way to do this in the app. I looked for answers in FAQ and found that you have to go to home page and tap on the + on the top right hand side. There is no home page. I tried to contact them for help. I got an automated response in French. I don’t speak French. I tried to get refund from Apple but it’s no longer eligible for a refund. If you buy a 6 month subscription but the app stops working on month 4, why can’t you get a refund?
