### 1/5 — I app purchases not shareable

*2020-11-16, version 1.3*

Seems that inapp purchases contrary to what it says are not shareable with your family....
Disappointed!

### 1/5 — Needs update

*2019-03-30, version 1.2*

Wish I could get my money back. Bought the premium version so I could customize my own plan but it doesn’t work. :(

Wish I could use my own music too in the background.

### 1/5 — Like but don’t love

*2017-12-07, version 1.2*

Update: wish I could get my money back. You can’t see the custom settings after making one to know how long the sections are. There is also no way to expand as you go — most pranayama practices you want to increase the holds as you go through your daily practice.

Bought the premium because I don’t like music while I practice and because I wanted to customize a breath practice. Unfortunately there is no way to edit or delete custom routines once you create one. Also no way to change the sound from a weird digital beep to, say, a nice sounding bell.

Although tenth of seconds are nice, I’d rather a faster way to input custom times than scrolling throughout the tenth of seconds.

### 3/5 — Maximum time is 60 minutes

*2020-10-10, version 1.3*

I really like the music in this app, but I wish you could play the song longer than 60 minutes.. please update the app to allow the song to loop infinitely.. or at least 12 hours.

### 4/5 — Works. Needs better instructions

*2022-06-21, version 1.3*

On paid version to save custom setting you have to hit two different check marks - one after naming, and one to save.

This cheap (or a free breathing app) and a good timer is all you need. No need to pay for some of the big name subscription apps. Insight timer is good, as as I-Qi timer (less bloated than Insight)

### 4/5 — Very useful app...

*2020-05-16, version 1.3*

Very good app, with excellent, easy to use interface. Please consider an audio/vibrate indicator for when the set time expires.

### 4/5 — Simple and helpful

*2017-12-13, version 1.2*

So nice not to have to count in my head. The audio and visual let me focus on the meditation.

Love the custom feature, but I wish there was a way to delete customs I don't want any longer or got the counts wrong. Please include that option in the next upgrade. Please!!!

### 5/5 — So Love this app!!!!💯❤️

*2020-11-23, version 1.3*

Once I figured out how to work everything!!! 🤓You pick the program then you hit the back button to start the session 😉 I’m amazed on all the options this app has 🤗love the vibration and beeps it gives so there is no need to look down to the phone also that you can customize your on sessions in you inhales and exhales and your hold breath. The meditation also can be customized 5 minutes or all the way up to a hour all the music is very soothing.

### 5/5 — Excellent Breath Work. Purchase is Worth It

*2020-03-25, version 1.3*

This app is simple and perfect if you want to up your daily practice. I purchased it. Now it reminds me throughout the day. I have increased the length of my sessions with multiple daily practices. Only wish it chimed at end of session as I often have my eyes closed.

### 5/5 — Simple and Easy

*2020-02-21, version 1.3*

Love how easy it is to incorporate using this app everyday. You can change how long you want to go for and customize your own exercises. The pulse vibration helps you focus on your breathing without looking at the screen at all. Love the convenience and simplicity of the app. Was recommended to use it by a friend, and now I’m recommending it to others! Thanks for this app!!

## Most praised reviews (7 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Nice visual app

*2020-01-06, version 1.2*

Everything I was looking for without the hassle of subscriptions or watching videos with ads.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2019-11-18, version 1.2*

Got it for deep breathing exercises. Love the customization. Everything I was looking for

### 5/5 — From 84-94% in 5 min!

*2019-07-12, version 1.2*

My 80yo dad with COPD was at 84%. Needed to get his saturation up or it was off to the ER. Tried coaching him. No luck. Loaded the app and it was like magic. He followed along and we got him up to 94!!! He was so proud of himself! Now he needs to do it a few times a day.... everyday!

### 5/5 — Very functional simple app

*2018-01-13, version 1.2*

I like this app it’s very practice and the free version offers a lot.
Would be great if we can have a “reminder to breathe” that can be set a different times during a day. But it’s good like that too

### 5/5 — 1 Pranayama app

*2017-12-03, version 1.2*

I love this app! Gives a nice focal point to focus on and it does exactly what you need. This is perfect for beginners like me who are still developing a breathing routine. I love the background music but my suggestion is to make the loops seamless or have a cross fade transition. It’s pretty noticeable when the track ends and repeats itself. With that, this app would be absolutely perfect!

### 5/5 — Solid app

*2017-08-07, version 1.2*

Easy to use and the pay version allows you to do custom 1-1-2-1 breath times which is why I got it.

### 5/5 — BEST BREATHING APP IN THE APP STORE

*2017-05-06, version 1.2*

Been doing breath work for twenty years, using this app blows me away! Why, well I will tell you. You have audio where you don't have to look at the app while doing your breathing exercises. The huge plus for me is you can customize your breathing exercises. Being able to go down to tens of a second allows me to do Breath of Fire! What a huge plus for a breathing app. The developers of this app went above and beyond the norm for breathing apps. I thank you fine folks for a tremendous health aid. Wow, what an app!! UPDATE: still loving, using, and consider this the best breathing app in the App Store. Stated the pluses, don't have to look at the screen if you don't want to. HUGE PLUS IS GETING THE INHALE AND EXHALE DOWN TO TENS OF A SECOND FOR SOME GREAT BREATH OF FIRE BREATHING EXERCISES. FOLKS I CAN'T UNDERSTAND THE LACK OF REVIEWS. I CAN'T PRAISE THIS APP, OR IT'S DEVELOPERS ENOUGH.
