DeepFocus Is My New Favorite App
I’ll be honest: I’m a student and I spend WAY TOO MUCH time on my phone. I always tell myself I’ll study after checking one more video, and then somehow an hour is gone. DeepFocus gives me the push I need to put my phone down and actually start working. Once I begin a focus session, I don’t want to give up halfway through, so I usually finish what I planned. It’s simple, easy to use, and has made studying feel much less overwhelming. I honestly wish I had found it sooner!

The iPhone screen time limit never worked for me because I could just tap “Ignore Limit” and keep scrolling. DeepFocus is different. When I start a focus session, it blocks the apps that distract me most, so I can’t automatically open TikTok or Instagram every few minutes. At first it felt annoying, but then I realized how much time I was getting back. I’m more productive, more present, and my mind feels calmer. This app has honestly been a game changer for me.
