## What is Deep Life Simulator?

Every life starts the same way: no money, no job, no plan.
What happens next is entirely yours.

Deep Life Simulator is a life sim with a real economy underneath it. Wages are taxed. Loans charge interest. Rent is due whether or not you can pay. Markets move on their own and do not care that you are in them. Every choice compounds, for decades, until you die and hand what is left to an heir.

BUILD A CAREER, OR DON'T
- 20+ career ladders, from courier to surgeon to CEO
- Go to university, or skip it and start earning at 16
- Or take the other road: street work, the dark web, and the chance of prison

MAKE REAL MONEY MOVES
- A live stock market with sectors that rotate
- Crypto you can trade or mine
- Property to rent out, businesses to found, staff to hire
- Loans, credit scores, arrears and the very real possibility of bankruptcy

LIVE AN ACTUAL LIFE
- Date, marry, argue, divorce
- Raise children who inherit your looks and your money
- Keep your health, your friends and your reputation alive
- Buy the watch, the car, the house, or don't, and retire early

THEN DO IT ALL AGAIN
When you die, your heir takes over. They keep the fortune you built, the family name you made, and the mess you left behind. Prestige across generations, unlock permanent advantages, and find out how far a dynasty can go.

WHY THIS ONE AND NOT ANOTHER LIFE SIM
Most life sims resolve a choice with a dice roll and a line of text. Here the economy keeps running between your decisions and pushes back on them. Nothing waits for you to look at it.

You can be a surgeon who never breaks the law, or a courier who ends up running a dark web operation out of a rented room. Both are real routes through the same economy, and neither is the correct one.

HOW IT TREATS YOU
- Plays offline: your save lives on your device
- Full-screen ads only at year-end breaks, never in your first two years, and one purchase removes them permanently
- No real-time energy bar standing between you and the next week

A life runs for decades and every week is a decision you make. Most people start a second one.

### 5/5 — Cool Sim!

*2026-08-12*

really cool simulator game! easy to learn and get sucked into! really like the option to pick different ambitions

### 3/5 — Bugs

*2026-08-03*

Interesting games, a few bugs but honestly I don’t feel like waiting so long to age up other then that pretty good game

**Developer response:** Thanks for playing, and for being straight with us - the pacing complaint is fair. Right now one tap is one week, and if you're chasing a milestone that's a lot of tapping for not much happening. There's no fast-forward in the game today, and after reading this we've put one on the list: a way to hold or skip ahead several weeks at once, stopping automatically when something actually needs you.

On the bugs - v1.5.0 is close, with 75+ fixes in it, including several things that were working but never showed you anything (your business income from brand and key hires, your wanted level, vaccinations you'd paid for). If a bug you hit isn't in that list, tell us which one on Discord and we'll go after it: https://discord.com/invite/rzktazdX8v

### 1/5 — $80 for “premium”?!?

*2026-06-23*

I’m sorry but if you think anyone is going to spend $80 for a game feature you have to be goddamn insane. No one is paying for AAA quality on a mobile game, but I see where the development priorities really are. So despite a new update, this app is an auto-delete.

What is it with mobile devs not understanding the difference between the value of their product and then thinking they can charge anywhere from $100-$1000 for 1 feature-set. The pricing model of this app matches someone going through a manic phase of mental instability, because literally no one sane or even half-intelligent would ever even consider that as a real option for a mobile game. So honestly ditching this app is a minimal loss, if any at all. So it must be evidence that this developer thinks that its users are a bunch of morons. I’m not going to fund the API cost of a dev using Claude code when it is so obvious that everything put into this game is just AI slop.

So if you like being scammed or ripped off… Definitely go for this game, if you’re even half-sane? Don’t even bother, what this developer delivers is absolute trash for the price they’re asking.

**Developer response:** Hi Michael, thanks for taking the time to write. I want to clear up the main point, because it’s important: Deep Life Simulator is completely free, and the entire game can be played and finished start to finish without spending a cent. There is no paywall and no feature gate. The optional bundles are exactly that, optional, and nothing in them is required to play, progress, or enjoy the game. Nobody has to pay $80 for anything.
That said, your feedback on the higher price tier is fair, and I’m reviewing the IAP pricing to make sure it feels reasonable rather than off-putting. I build this as a solo developer, I read every review, and the recent 1.3.1 update was entirely bug fixes that players asked for. If you ever give it another look, the core experience costs nothing. Either way, I appreciate the honesty.

### 1/5 — Unfortunately awful

*2026-06-14*

Dev has received feedback for months, great concept but it took almost 4 months just to fix a UI bug, lots of weird inconsistency with the art work and most of it is AI slop, I’m all for Ai but it’s like they didn’t even try.
Unfortunate L for the life sim community

**Developer response:** Hey, this should be fixed now in the latest big updates. We have focused on our other projects unfortunately. Sorry for the inconvenience, but everything should work fine now

### 2/5 — Great concept far too many bugs

*2026-04-18*

Alot of small bugs. Biggest one being not able to buy anything on deep web.

**Developer response:** Hey thanks for the feedback, we have done 2 huge updates since version 1.2.8. We would be pleased to hear what you think about the new version of the game! New 1.3.1 version.

### 4/5 — Great but still has bugs

*2026-02-24, version 1.2.8*

Bank doesn’t add the correct savings interest weekly, companies revenue doesn’t add correctly when owning all 5 and after prestige game crashed. I restarted and my save was lost. Tried my backups and all can’t install

### 1/5 — Good Potential

*2026-02-17*

Game has a lot to offer, but some menus don’t even work, such as the dark web. You get sick super often, as in you’ll be 18 Y/O with a stroke, heart conditions, and diseases. It’s very difficult getting past a few months with how often you get sick. Most of the time it’s life threatening and you’re too broke to get treatment.

**Developer response:** Hey Murakami, thanks for the review, and for seeing the potential! You’re right on both: the Dark Web menu is fixed, and we’ve rebalanced the health system so you get sick far less often, serious illnesses are rarer when you’re young, and treatment is more affordable. It’s all live in the new 1.3.1 update give it a try and let us know what you think. Thanks for playing!

### 5/5 — Greatest Game Ever

*2026-02-14*

This is by far my favorite game and will be extremely big when they add more and grow more

### 2/5 — Great potential but buggy

*2026-02-04*

Updated: I see the 1.2.7 update description, but even after I deleted and reloaded the game, the latest version I can play is 1.2.2. I imagine the latest version will fix the below bugs, but I’m unable to get the latest version.

There’s a few bugs I found- the main one that caused me to write a review is where the game breaks when you try to advance weeks. It has happened to me multiple times, and unfortunately makes the game unplayable- you spend all this time setting up your character and looking it forward to turning 25 for the housing and office features but you’re never able to reach it bc the game breaks and does not let you move forward - this is extremely frustrating. Other bugs are not as annoying, and would not cause me to stop playing this game that has a lot of potential, but until this one is fixed I cannot keep playing, and I’m sure will frustrate other players as well

**Developer response:** Hey, thank you for the detailed review and for seeing the potential in the game. The bug you’re describing, where the game breaks when you try to advance weeks, is exactly the one we focused on, and it’s fixed in version 1.3.1. The reason you’re stuck on 1.2.2 is likely just the App Store still rolling the update out to your region. If you open the App Store, search for Deep Life Simulator, and pull down to refresh, an Update button should appear (you can also try toggling offload/reinstall once 1.3.1 shows up). Once you’re on 1.3.1 you should be able to push past 25 and reach the housing and office features. Thanks for your patience, and please reach out on our Discord (link in the app) if anything still blocks you.

### 5/5 — Some updates and errors from last version and some errors from new version

*2026-01-20, version 1.2.7*

The games was bad at the beginning when launch because of the crash when open more than one company and the the Twitter don’t work because it don’t actualise with news or other content like btc or any news from the political side to date app they need to update as your progress every week and the challenges issue is the same as the company. this new version is goo but same issue with titters x the date app is good but to match is slow progress now the update on the btc sector it’s amazing but there’s some issues like the liquidity pool don’t work need to check the stake you can only stake but not withdrawn the side of the statistics is connected with the liquidity pool please fix everything try to make a better version it’s a very nice game if you can make the social media to be updated every time or even to reply to comment or like and retweet’s please check and let me see it’s a very promising app 🔥🔥🔥

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5.0 — 2026-08-28

New faces, real conversations, a fairer store, and nothing left locked.

• Character creation, rebuilt. Your face is now built from features you choose
rather than picked from a gallery of portraits, and it ages with you instead
of being swapped for a stranger's at each age band. Children look like
children, and they inherit their parents' features.
• Spark chats are a real conversation. Break the ice, compliment, joke, flirt,
ask them out for coffee, dinner or something reckless, or ask them to go
steady. Every match keeps its own rapport, so a relationship is built rather
than announced — and any match you'd rather not date can become a friend.
• Fixed a trap that could lock you out of the game. Buying a house or a company
could take away the very app that manages it, and two life chapters asked for
apps those same chapters were the only way to unlock. Progress only ever goes
  up now.
• Your starting age no longer breaks the early game. Beginner luck, the early
grace period, the first-month events and the week-count goals were all
measured against your age instead of your life, so anyone who didn't start at
18 lost them — and Chapter 1 opened two-thirds done.
• The dark web sells gear. The tool shop had no way in, which left 18 of the 19
street jobs locked behind tools nobody could buy. Deliveries now hand over the
item you paid for, and listings rotate instead of freezing for weeks.
• The money you're shown is the money you're charged. Weekly Expenses and the
Budget tab left out rent, income tax and student loan payments; the Net Worth
breakdown didn't add up to the Net Worth above it. Both add up now.
• Friends are real. Only your first Spark match could ever become a contact,
network contacts had no action at all, and neglecting people cost nothing.
All three are fixed — and a neglected friend can now drift out of your life.
• Banking upgrades you can finally buy. Premium Credit Card, Financial Planning,
Business Banking and Private Banking are in the shop, each one spelling out
exactly what it does to your money.
• Honest prices everywhere. Every price now shows in your own currency,
including on the death screen, and a free trial is only advertised when you
can actually claim one. Redeem Code now opens the App Store's own sheet.
• Your purchases stay yours. Membership no longer switches off when you open the
game offline, and rewinding time can no longer wipe something you just bought.
• Six more money fixes: a false "Need $10,000" on family business actions, a
double-tap that could buy a vehicle twice or duplicate coins in a swap,
savings with no way to pay into it, buy-outs that added no revenue, ad rewards
that offered a property millionaire $50, and a poverty scholarship that
promised free education and delivered respect.
• Faster and clearer. About six seconds off a cold start, a death screen that
scrolls, food/gym/housing cards that show what they do to each stat, a Life
Goals list that fits on a page, and a Contacts app that stays smooth in a long
  life.

### 1.4.2 — 2026-08-06

v1.5.0 The Economy Update

We rebuilt the money side of the game and fixed what you told us was broken:

• The stock market actually works — a maths bug pushed every share price toward zero over a long life, no matter how well you played. Prices grow properly now, riskier stocks pay more on average, and portfolios the bug wiped out are restored on first load

• Money finally has stakes — bills you can’t afford are no longer quietly forgiven; they become an overdue balance that hits next week’s income and drags your credit score. Wages start livable, careers beat street hustles again, and property yields are realistic instead of paying themselves off in four years

• Rent a place to live — a full rental ladder from a shared room to a penthouse lease, with real weekly health, happiness and energy from having a roof. Fall four weeks behind and your landlord evicts you (with warnings first)

• 75+ fixes across four full audits — save system hardened with signed saves, real backups and a pre-prestige restore point, several money and gem exploits closed, event chains that got stuck are unblocked, and your character no longer changes face as they age

• Hidden systems made visible — your wanted level, criminal record, vaccinations, and your business’s real income from brand, market share and key hires were all working but never shown. Now they are, so you can see what your choices are doing

• Purchases fixed — the Revival Pack now banks a revive for when you actually need it instead of doing nothing, and the Family tab is reachable again

• 200MB smaller — faster to download, faster to load

### 1.4.0 — 2026-07-29

v1.4.0 Quality of Life & Crash Fixes

We listened to your feedback. This update is all about stability:

• 70+ bug fixes - save system hardened, data corruption on older saves fixed, startup crashes resolved
• Purchase system overhauled - every IAP perk now applies correctly, so every dollar works the way it should
• New fairness systems - guaranteed outcomes end infinite bad-luck streaks: children, marriage proposals, job applications, and weekly events all have pity timers now (and disease is capped at 1 per 4 weeks, you asked for this)
• Relationship consequences - neglected partners now leave, spouses file for divorce, and settlements are realistic
• Performance - 90% faster income calculations, 80% smaller save files, smoother gameplay after 1000+ weeks

### 1.3.5 — 2026-07-05

We’ve been hard at work making DeepLife fairer and more reliable.
Special thanks to BBQ on discord.
Family
• Fixed “Try for Baby” so it actually works again — you can have children with your spouse or partner.
• Marriage now completes properly: propose with a ring, plan the wedding, and it goes through.
• Relationships are exclusive again, with clearer stage labels (Partner, Fiancé(e), Spouse).
Life Events and Health
• Weekly life events fire reliably again instead of going quiet for stretches.
• Rebalanced diseases so terminal diagnoses can’t strike too early or stack unfairly; critical illnesses can now be cured with experimental treatment.
• Removed blank, empty notification banners.
Banking
• Savings and CDs now pay the interest rate they advertise.
• Withdraw and close-account actions work, so money is never stuck.
• Added an auto-pay pause, blocked duplicate accounts, and the Budget tab now shows your real spending.
Game Balance
• Fixed company income so it reflects your industry and actually grows with hiring, upgrades, brand, and market share.
• Closed several economy exploits (competition entries, tournament re-entry, and more) so rewards can’t be duplicated by rapid tapping.
Stability
• Fixed the floating tab bar covering buttons across the app, including a dark web screen that felt stuck.
• Fixed starting degrees showing the wrong grade and name.
• A range of other behind-the-scenes fixes for a smoother experience.
Thanks for playing DeepLife Simulator!

### 1.3.2 — 2026-07-01

We've been hard at work making DeepLife fairer and more reliable.

In-App Purchases
• Fixed the "products not configured" error, so the store now loads reliably and recovers gracefully if the catalog is slow to load.
• Rebuilt the purchase system on a modern foundation for more dependable checkouts and restores.

Game Balance
• Closed numerous economy exploits and money loopholes (pet competitions, study spam, jail payouts, and more) so earnings reflect genuine progress.
• Tuned the economy so the mid-to-late game stays rewarding and challenging.

Seasons and Rewards
• Unclaimed rewards are now automatically collected when a season rolls over, so no more lost progress.

Stability
• A range of behind-the-scenes fixes for a smoother, more polished experience.

Thanks for playing DeepLife Simulator!
